Over the years I have had my limestone and slate floors and slate countertop repaired, cleaned and…read morepolished by several companies..each doing just an ok job and having to pay for add- on fees to complete the job. As a result, I was careful to interview several companies this time around. The best choice I have ever made to have my floors and countertop restored to their original brilliance was to hire the professionals at Scottsdale Travertine Polish. Not only did they do an amazing job at a very fair price , but they were on time, friendly ( they love what they do) and went the extra mile to make sure I was a happy and satisfied customer, leaving my home as neat as a pin! After the job was done, I kept going into each room and just staring at my beautiful floors. If I could give this wonderful company 6 stars, I would! When the time comes, I will definitely call them again!!

I reached to many companies who wanted a couple hundred dollars or more. They were courteous & respectful of our home, while answering our questions. It's our first home, and first experience having the ducts cleaned. (it was a great one) They also cleaned the dryer vents and vacuumed behind the washer & dryer. That was very helpful. I will definitely reach out to them again in future! I HIGHLY recommend them! They offer many services don't forget to check those out too!

I got my sectional sofa and x4 barstools steam cleaned. They look great and I highly appreciate the…read moreservice! It was all done within about an hour and 15 minutes which was great. Couple small complaints, one being that we had scheduled for a Sunday afternoon, it ended up getting pushed to Monday at 11am because of their Sunday job lasting longer than expected, which was okay considering Sunday was a day of request anyways. However, I got a call Monday morning at 9:50am saying they would be there in 20 minutes. 50 minutes earlier than scheduled wasn't something I could accommodate for, but they thankfully pushed it out to 10:30am. However then arrived at 10:45am. So the timing overall wasn't a great start. Lastly, the pricing seemed agreed upon and clear in the beginning, but I was told I wouldn't receive the 15% off because that was only for additional services, not the entire service. On yelp it does state it's 15% off for new customers and I didn't see any fine print stating otherwise. I also confirmed I would be getting the 15% off through messages, but I guess they have an AI bot and that's who I got my response from, which then made my 15% off invalid. Nonetheless, the guys were understanding and accommodating which I appreciate and did apply a discount. Overall, I am happy with the service and pricing provided, I just wish it was a smidge more seamless throughout.

I agreed to wait since I liked the reviews I read on Yelp. The morning of the job I get a call from him saying that there is an issue with the grout company getting my grout. He said he'd get it straightened out and could come two days later to complete the job. I agreed. Then the morning of the second appointment I get a similar call and he said that he is not sure exactly how long it will take to get the grout but that he should be able to get it eventually. Then a week later, when I hadn't heard any updates, I told him I'm going to move forward with another company if I do not get word he told me that he ultimately couldn't get the right color grout. His communication throughout the process was inconsistent. I do not get upset when issues arise since I know that things happen. It's more about how it is handled and Gabriel was disrespectful of my time and a poor communicator throughout. I recommend that you avoid this company.
