I had tried a different F45 location, but I didn't feel the community feel that there is at Morton Ranch. The coaches and members are great. The coaches will help modify anything (I'm not interested in jumping on boxes or hanging from a bar to do pull ups). And that is OK!! No one judges or cares! It really is a positive uplifting community. It is truly an inclusive gym and it's a beautiful thing to see! I'm grateful to have found a new gym home!

I would recommend this to anyone looking for a fitness community to get involved in as everyone here is truly invested in encouragement and accountability. Pricing is a little steep, but they do a great job of offering different packages and plans to accommodate most budgets and schedules.
