And let me tell you, she was definitely working on my body! I know that I carry a lot of stress and she was able to really work into those problem areas and we even went over these issues afterwards on what we want to work on moving forward. When you first arrive, you sit down and talk about your problem areas and what to expect during and how to breath. I have eczema and she has products that she uses for people with sensitive skin as well. I got "The Session " package which is a myriad of different massage elements such as oils, hot stones, etc. lasting 90 minutes and it was truly a session. She focuses on each part of your body for a time and makes sure you get loved on for each body part. She also ends with a moisturizing cream or oil (I can't remember I was sleep/couldn't see) but I left feeling like a buttered babe. I don't think I will ever go to anyone else for a massage or if anyone can compare to level of expertise and love put into the massage such as this one. I truly cannot wait to return.

Exie is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and passionate about her work. I was shocked (in a good way!) that the consultation before the massage was quite thorough and did not cut into our hour of massage time. I hadn't experienced this anywhere else; the amount of time you pay for at Tranquil Touch is the amount of time that you are actually on the table being massaged. Exie was very receptive to what type of massage I wanted, any injuries I had, and what areas were causing problems, and tailored the session to meet those needs. She made me feel very comfortable, both physically and emotionally. I can't recommend her more highly!

She has a prenatal table with a cutout/basket to support the belly, so I was able to lay on my stomach for the first portion (at 38 weeks pregnant this is the best thing ever!) I went in with a lot of tension, soreness, and stiffness in my hips and low back (pretty typical pregnancy aches and pains) and left feeling very close to normal and tension-free. I've also had more energy all day since receiving the massage. The office is decorated really nicely - clean, modern, and calming. She played relaxing music during the massage and the temperature was very comfortable in the room. Her location is easy-to-find and there was a reserved parking space for massage clients just outside the door. I plan to return for a post-natal massage and highly recommend Exie's massage services to all pregnant women looking for some relief and relaxation. I'm already working with another birth doula, but if I were still looking, I would certainly consider hiring Exie as my doula.

Piper at the front desk and Lauren, my massage therapist, were both incredibly friendly and welcoming. Lauren mentioned she had over 17 years of experience and it showed. Her technique was impeccable, and my 60-minute massage (with hot stones, highly recommend!) was amazing. I also loved the sauna. It didn't feel cramped, and the cold foot bath paired with the variety of essential oils for the hot rocks made it even more special. If you're looking for a true luxury spa experience, go to Bloom. I'll definitely be back. Thank you Cassandra and Mike!

Bloom Wellness is a great day spa for unwinding in the chaos of the everyday…read more I visited recently after getting a gift card, and I'm glad I got a chance to check the place out. The setting is very calm despite being at a busy corner of West Stadium. There were a few other people in the spa at the same time, but not so many that it felt intrusive or crowded. My experience started with a massage. It was relaxing but not up there with the best massages I've gotten around town. Next came the infrared sauna, which was probably my favorite part. With relaxing music and heat all around, I was able to zone out and enjoy myself. The float pool was next. I liked the waterproof headphones to listen to zen music as I floated, but the air temperature kept the parts of my body that were above water pretty chilly. I ended up cutting that part short as a result. Overall it was a good experience. I wish their parking were better marked (I parked in a lot to the left of the building as you're looking at it from the front). I also felt like the scheduling process was a little informal and unprofessional. I called and instead of returning my call, I got a text message back with informal grammar "Texting u from Bloom wellness" - it came off as sloppy.
