In fact, I almost forgot that this was being done over Zoom... it felt like the class was literally happening within my living room. They are open every day- so there is no excuse to not be able to get some stress relief! Their hours are Monday- Saturday 10 am-10 pm and Sunday 10 am- 3 pm! In 2025, I initially reached out to Gina on 7/29 and spoke with her assistant, Tara, to schedule a…read morereading for 9/30. On 9/4, I followed up to ask about some negative Yelp reviews mentioning cancellations and allegations that Gina had "Googled" clients prior to readings. Tara responded with a detailed explanation, noting that Gina had been sick, never charges for services that aren't rendered, and had completed her treatment and was feeling well enough to resume readings. Tara also stated that the claims about Googling clients were fabricated. She offered that, given my concerns, I didn't need to pay a deposit and could pay after the reading--or not at all if I was unsatisfied. However, less than 45 minutes before my scheduled reading on 9/30, Tara informed me that Gina needed to pick up her grandson and could not do the reading, apologizing and saying she would reach out to reschedule and that she would take off $50. I followed up on 9/30, expressing hope that her grandson was okay and asking about rescheduling. I received no response despite additional follow-ups on 10/2, 10/10, and 10/27. Interestingly, when a friend of mine contacted the same email to request a reading on 11/11, they received an immediate response asking about available dates. This inconsistency was frustrating and disappointing. Based on my experience, Gina and her assistant Tara are not reliable. It feels especially wrong to schedule medium readings for people who may be experiencing grief or loss, only to ignore them entirely. I would strongly recommend finding someone else.
