In 2025, I initially reached out to Gina on 7/29 and spoke with her assistant, Tara, to schedule a reading for 9/30. On 9/4, I followed up to ask about some negative Yelp reviews mentioning cancellations and allegations that Gina had "Googled" clients prior to readings. Tara responded with a detailed explanation, noting that Gina had been sick, never charges for services that aren't rendered, and had completed her treatment and was feeling well enough to resume readings. Tara also stated that the claims about Googling clients were fabricated. She offered that, given my concerns, I didn't need to pay a deposit and could pay after the reading--or not at all if I was unsatisfied. However, less than 45 minutes before my scheduled reading on 9/30, Tara informed me that Gina needed to pick up her grandson and could not do the reading, apologizing and saying she would reach out to reschedule and that she would take off $50. I followed up on 9/30, expressing hope that her grandson was okay and asking about rescheduling. I received no response despite additional follow-ups on 10/2, 10/10, and 10/27. Interestingly, when a friend of mine contacted the same email to request a reading on 11/11, they received an immediate response asking about available dates. This inconsistency was frustrating and disappointing. Based on my experience, Gina and her assistant Tara are not reliable. It feels especially wrong to schedule medium readings for people who may be experiencing grief or loss, only to ignore them entirely. I would strongly recommend finding someone else. read more

I originally booked a reading for my mother as an early Christmas gift, scheduled for 12/17. A few days prior, I texted Tara to confirm, and she let me know the date had been changed to 12/18, which I understood. On the day of the reading, Gina joined the Zoom call eight minutes after the scheduled start time and explained that she was feeling unwell and needed to reschedule. Since this was meant to be a Christmas gift, I reached out to Tara the following day to reschedule but did not receive a response. After following up again on 12/22, I was finally offered a new date of 1/21. On 1/21, I set my mom up on her computer about 30 minutes early, as she is not very tech-savvy. Her reading was scheduled for 11:30 a.m. At 11:05 a.m., I received a text from Tara stating that Gina was not feeling well again and that they would need to issue a refund for the $330 instead of proceeding with the reading. This entire experience was extremely disappointing, especially given the multiple last-minute cancellations and lack of communication. To add to the frustration, after receiving the text, I checked Facebook and saw that Gina had an in-person event scheduled for the same evening. It was difficult to understand how she was too unwell to attend a virtual session yet able to participate in an in-person event. I was nervous to have a reading, so I had my best friend call to make the appointment for me. I showed up not knowing what to expect. a million times over so thankful for having met Gina. It was such an amazing reading!!!! it was truly one of the most incredible moments of my life. She gave me so much closure on the passing of my husband. She brought up things that happened on our honeymoon 40 yrs ago, that NO ONE but he and I knew happened. She even brought up the private letter I wrote him a few days ago, that I was holding in my bag at the reading. No one knew about that letter but me. Not even my kids. She is warm, kind and genuine. I have so much empathy and love for people. This woman has canceled on me eight times in a row. I get if you're going through something but don't keep booking appointments and canceling people. This is so wrong and disturbing. I could not believe when she canceled me again yesterday after the seven times before that. I checked in three times yesterday before the appointment and was told that she absolutely would by this person Tara that works for her or I don't know if it might be her that's texting. I don't know. But the whole thing is beyond strange and I lost my patience for the first time yesterday because it's just unbelievable that someone cannot tell you face-to-face and cancel you right before and I set up a whole meeting place and everything. I don't know what's going on here, but I would not make appointments with this person unless you wanna be very Upset by being canceled over and over again. Love and I wish you well hope you're OK. I've had the pleasure of seeing Gina twice after the passing of my husband. I was brought to see her by an acquaintance who was convinced that my late husband would "come through" because of our extreme bond. I went very reluctantly as I am, for lack of a better word a skeptic though my husband and I had made a promise to each other that if it was possible to reach out from the other-side that we would and we would share information that only we would know. Gina spoke to the crowd and explained how sometimes animals who have passed on can come through to introduce people who have recently passed on and want to be recognized. She stood between the table I was sitting at and an adjoining table and said there was a big dog named Rocky coming through. My cousins big black and white dog named Rocky had passed a month before this first meeting with Gina, in Ireland. Though it may seem like a stretch -my husband and I knew the dog well because he spent a lot of time in our air Bnb when we were there on vacation. Despite this I never acknowledged knowing a big dog named Rocky as a woman at the adjacent table kept jumping up and down saying, "it's me! It's me! That's my dog Rufus!" Gina said-this dog is clear that his name is Rocky. She asked it this woman's dog was a big black and white dog. The woman replied, "oh no! Rufus is a small dog!" With that Gina turned to me-(not knowing that she had been absolutely correct about Rocky) and said, "No! It's you!" With that my husband came through. Everything Gina spoke about was absolutely factual to the point that I left our meeting in tears and vowed that I'd see her again.
