Despite knowing our criteria, Tom took us to houses that were well out of walking distance from downtown - those houses happened to be his own listings. Toward the end of our driving tour to houses, Tom drove the wrong way down a one way street (something that would not be an in issue in of itself) and when a man pointed it out to him, Tom got really mad, got out of the car, and threatened the other man. Don't use this bank if you plan on having emergencies in the future. My father had an account at…read morethis one and when he had a massive stroke he was unable to make a deposit to cover all of his withdrawals so the bank started charging him overdraft charges on withdrawals of like $3. I went to get power of attorney to put a stop to it but they wouldn't do it even though I had the paperwork for his POA of finances. They gave me a bunch of crap about it going through their legal team which they never did because week after week they just kept overdrafting him even though he was not at fault. They wouldn't even stop the automatic payments that were being taken out of his account. They did not care a less what happened to him. All they cared about was the money. He had over $500 in his account when it first started and ended up with -$700, all from overdraft charges when I needed that money to help with his finances even though it wasn't much. He has sinced passed away. It goes to show this bank cares nothing about it's customers but only about the money they take. I am glad I do not have this bank.
