I tried to use this company to purchase a home and gave them 3 months and they still could not get get stuff in line. It was an absolute nightmare and Spencer was more than awful to work with. I also got a bill from them for $1500 for 2 appraisals when they couldn't even complete the transaction for me. I switched companies and it was much easier, faster, and had a closing date in line on the same day I got approved. Would not recommend to anyone. 0/10. read more
