What became my biggest concern with the apartments was the scuzzy lawn/maintenance guy with has control issues and bully attitude to the tenants. And knowing that he has entrance keys to all the apartments became a real concern. Driving by, one can see the apartments are old and not maintained. They need to just bulldoze the place down.
