Since I live in California, everything was handled over the internet. We had some issues with title but Sherrill handled the problems swiftly and professionally. She was also able to sell the property above the listing price and $20,000 above the estimated value of other realtors. I highly recommend Sherrill to be your agent in Topeka. Bill Wood

At 50 years of selling homes with Kirk & Cobb, Inc., REALTORS, when it was time for me to team up…read morewith a business partner to slow down a bit without letting my customers down, Melissa Herdman was my choice. Caring for the folks who do me the honor of bringing me their business matters more to me than sales. Melissa approaches our business with the caring heart of the nurse she is/was in her first career. Just as she worked to the top of her field in nursing by becoming a nurse practitioner with Stormont Vail-Cotton O'Neil, Melissa works night and day to serve our customers, and she pursues the highest levels of training for Realtors available. Folks have noticed! Melissa's sales volume track record puts her at the very top tiers of local Realtors year after year. I admire Melissa's community service, as well. Osage County and Topeka's trusted cheerleader volunteering her time to help recruit newcomers for some of our biggest local employers, years of service in the thankless role of a school board member, devotion to our local Sunflower Association of Realtors doing the hard work on tough committees... Melissa steps up. It was huge for me to begin to share my life's work with anyone. At almost two years of partnership now, I am grateful that Melissa said yes when I asked for her help.

While that house wasn't the perfect fit, Melissa went above and beyond to help us find the house we were looking for. And as a first time homebuyer at that time, she was incredibly helpful in educating and guiding us through the process. Melissa has since helped us purchase and sell multiple properties (personal and rental). She is incredibly knowledgeable, is a fantastic listener and offers great advice. I can't recommend Melissa enough!

I wanted to put a quick review out to compliment and thank Alex Kaberline of the Keller Williams…read moregroup. Just over a year ago he helped me get into an amazing home. He made the process so unbelievably easy, and friendly for that matter. I truly felt fantastic as did the sellers about the purchase and sale. He went so far above and beyond to make all parties comfortable and content with our decisions. Fast forward just over a year, personal situations change , and I had an interest in perhaps selling and moving in a different direction. I reached out to Alex just to understand the market. He went through all aspects of what the market looks like and what I could expect, also not pressuring in any way. Again building a trust that is very unheard of. Within hours he had potential clients that would suit my type of home lined up. Pretty amazing Take it forward a few more weeks I left town and unfortunately felt I left my house open (still not for sale). Me not being from the area knew very few people, that could check on my home. I reached out to Alex, and he immediately went by to make sure the house was locked up. Unreal!! Further to that which is more than one could expect; as he walked around the house he noticed a drain pipe , thinking from my sump, had broken away a little and was leaking water. He immediately got a plumber on call to address then issue, to prevent any damage to the house. Again way above and beyond the call of duty!!!!! Keller Williams is so incredibly lucky to have Alex as part of their team and does such an incredible job. I can not recommend this gentleman more highly!!! More then happy to share or discuss with anyone should they want too!!!! Thanks again Alex Ben

We just sold our house through her, and we'll for sure be buying our next home through her! It's important to have somebody who you can talk with easily since you communicate so much with them in the buying and selling process. She is easy to get a hold of, easy to speak with, extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly she's not in it just to make a sale. She is fair and honest. That's what helps set her apart. Lindsey truly wants us to find a home that is going to fit our needs, and willing to help as long as it takes, and show us as many houses as it takes. We LOVE that she truly has her clients best interest in mind and has bent over backwards to help us!

We have been in our house 2 years. One evening our landlord came up for a visit.they let us know…read morethat her brother was moving back to town and had bought the family home. this is where we were living out in the country. we have dogs kids and chickens and this is where we like to be.we had to be out pretty quick and were caught unaware, we could not find anything. we have looked and looked and looked. Lawrence is a very difficult town to find a rental in especially if you're a family and you've had some problems in your life and gone thru a divorce and had a spouse thats ruined your credit. it seems no one wants to help you these days. people are all about themselves, nobody quite wants to really help it's really sad that life has become all about business. I ran into this after trying to get several places and not having an adequate credit score.I kept trying, I found a house that I really liked and called, it was a realtor that was managing. Kimberly Williams with McGrew real estate, she said I'll be glad to show it to you but the landlord requires a 600 credit score and yaddy yaddy yaddy.I said well that's not going to work for us and then I said can I tell you a little bit about us? she said yes so I told her my story and to my amazement she really cared she told me to write my story down and to email it to her and she would go to her client and see if she might make an exception and give our family a much-needed break. The next day she got back with me and told me the client did not want to rent with us I guess she's one of those that it's all about the money and not giving someone another chance I've never had an eviction and I've never owed anyone money on rent I just needed a little help. this is not where I wanted to be at 55. I just want to say this is the first review that I'm going to compliment somebody on and thank them for their help and that will be Kimberly Williams because I was somebody that didn't have a pot to piss in and she still went out of her way to try and help me. now the thing is I'm going to be coming into some money in about 6 months quite a lot of money and I'm going to buy a house and I'm not going to call the Chaney's but I'm going to call Kimberly and she's going to sell me a house because my money is green enough for her, so if you're looking for a house, put your money on her thank you Kimberly!!!
