DO NOT USE THEM! We…read morehave a construction to perm loan through them. It has been nearly impossible to make a payment without jumping through hoops to do so. They charged us $0.01 before we'd withdrawn anything and couldn't explain where the charge came from. We had to drive there to make a payment for one penny. Ridiculous! We never received a monthly statement showing what our payment was (it will be different every month until the end of construction). Turns out they don't generate the statement until midnight on the day before it's due. Then they mail it out, which means they're setting people up to be late on payments, as mail service is so slow. Very shady. To avoid being late due to NOT getting a statement before the bill is due, I made a True Blue account to pay our interest payments for the month we started drawing from that account to pay for construction bills. They had me verify the account I was using to pay it from, which is fine. But when they asked for my login and password information to verify my personal bank account that I was using to pay it from (not an account with them) I just stopped the entire transaction. I can't believe how much time and effort I have spent just trying to pay the bill on time. We will now have to drive there and pay it, which is a 30-minute drive from where I live, which is absurd.

Show up at 11:30 on a Saturday morning to…read moredeposit a check and there's a massive line of cars going out of the parking lot for the drive through. So I mask up and decide to brave the lobby. Sign on the door says lobby is open. Second sign says to call for assistance. Mildly painful at this point, but no biggie...call the number. Guy answers and says the lobby isn't open *massive sigh*. IF YOUR LOBBY ISN'T OPEN, TAKE DOWN THE SIGN. Sorry for the outburst, but I've been waiting in the drive through line for 10 minutes and it's barely moved. Also no coffee or breakfast yet isn't helping, but come on, how hard is it to make sure your signage is right so your customers don't waste their time? Come on Commerce, you can do a lot better than this.
