What an experience intoxicology is. How did I not know about this place? In short? A home bartenders dream. The selection, barware, glassware, and everything in between are everything even the most seasoned of bartenders will need. They have a great selection of liquor. While the actual selection is not as extensive as many liquor stores, every spirit is of the utmost quality. You will find most of the brands carried are those widely renowned as staples in classics and modern classics alike. And, they even carry cazcanes tequila which is insanely tough to get access to. Moreover, they have cocktail kits to make things easier for beginners. Tons of bitters, amari, glassware, and cocktail shakers, tins, strainers, etc. I have been twice now and the owners are super nice and helpful. This spot is going to be my new go to when stocking my home bar.

Order: Shaker, strainer, mat Pros: love how they have gadgets and various syrups for your bar. They also have alcohol and other things you can buy. Very cool place to upgrade your bar. Cant wait for the classes. Cons: none

It's not Christmas without a trip to Intoxicology. When the majority of the people you buy gifts for are cocktail snobs, this is the place to find the absolute perfect gift. Intoxicology has some of the best premium liquors and mixers. Today I was shopping for bitters to complete a whiskey gift box I was creating. Oh, my they had so many for me to choose from. They even had small gift box of multiple samples to give the recipient variety. If your not the creative type, or just want things simple and done for you, they had pre-made gift boxes. Which makes gift giving, easy-peasy. I admit, I am a garnish snob. If I'm drinking a premium liquor in a craft cocktail, I want a garnish to be of the same quality and Intoxicology has what I need. They've got the dark cherries for my Manhattans and olives for my Dirty Martini. The gentleman woking is always friendly and makes shopping in his shop a pleasant experience. That is why I enjoy shopping local and supporting a small business. When: December 4, 2020 Why: Holiday Gifts

They have a great little vibe with the stereo and turn table along with a selection of pitchers and glasses.

This place is the pinnacle of craft cocktail supply stores. They have top shelf spirits, rum, whiskey, scotch etc and the largest assortment bitters I have ever seen! I was in heaven looking at the large selection of sparkling cocktail glasses and bar tending tools. They have a very clean and nice visual display and they offer craft cocktail classes. You can sign up online. If you are looking for a hard to find spirit or you want a new flavor inspiration for your go-to gin fizz this is the place to come and get inspired. I walked out with some unique bitters and some rose simple syrup for my home bar. I can't wait to go back and find some new inspiration for a holiday drink.

What a great mixology/bar/cocktail/liquor store! It doesn't have the broadest collection of liquor, but it has a little bit of everything. It has a little wine, liquor, glassware sets, bitters, cocktail mixers, etc. They also have a bar and offer cocktail classes. We were walking by and decided to stop in. And I'm glad we did. Our friends got a new liqueur to try, and my husband found a vermouth that he's been searching for for a while! Great little specialty store!

As a cocktail enthusiast, I am very impressed with Intoxicology. Ever since they opened, I've visited every so often just to see what they have and boy are they kicking some butt! You can see from the pictures I've added that they have a huge variety of selection to choose from. Not only that but the bottles they have stocked are quality! If you mix at home or just enjoy particular flavors of liquor, there's a good chance you'll find what you need here. If there's something in particular you need, see if they have it by zooming in on the pictures. If you aren't sure if they have it, give them a call and they will happily let you know if they do. Most likely, they will have what you need unless you are looking for something very specialized. I also found that they have simple cocktail classes for those interested. If you check their facebook or webpage, they usually have these listed. I attended one of the courses and it was more than worth it. I got to enjoy some cocktails and also learn about the history of where they come from. This was all taught by a well known bartender so it is not just a class by some random person. If you want to know anything about cocktails and mixology, this is a great place to go. They will not talk down to you and you won't feel intimidated. Let them know you're interested in getting started and they'll gently push you in the right direction. A real gem of an addition to St Louis.

Greeted by gorgeous glassware on a beautiful table when you enter!

We arrived right on time for our reservation, stood for quite a few minutes in a half-empty house before being seated, then waited a very long time between visits from our apparently over-stretched waitstaff. The first cocktail I chose wasn't available; nor was the first entree. I settled on the "red wine flight", and it arrived in three glasses. The server recited their names, but I didn't catch them. Food was middle of the road. A smoked sirloin sandwich was tasty, though rather well-done. And the order of "salmon cakes", which the menu says is made of "smoked salmon, roast corn, tomato, cucumber, creme fraiche, and capers" was in fact just one cake (not cakes!), smaller than a hockey puck (about 1/2" thick max) and seemed to be made of canned fish, not the bright orange of smoked salmon. It was accompanied by five thin slices of cucumber and three or four halved grape tomatoes. No corn, no capers. It was so boring, and an overpriced disappointment at $23. If this Bridge is actually closing and focusing on the event space, they've gone out with a whimper. And if they're actually continuing service, I hope they get the food a little closer to the menu descriptions. Our drinks and water glasses were empty for long stretches. Our server was very pleasant and polite, but must've had way too much to do.

The food- 3 of 4 of us said it was just ok. The other really liked theirs. We had 2 different pastas & 2 different sandwiches. Calabrian carbonara & citrus fettuccine. They were both kinda bland & not much flavor. Large portions. Wagyu reuben & smoked french. The reuben was a hit. The smoked french was too smoky. We had the pumpkin ricotta appetizer. It was pretty tasty. And the caesar was a large portion & decent flavor.

I had to see what was there. They have wine tasting. That was a surprise. A young lady walked to me. She couldn't have timed it more perfectly. I wanted some help finding the tequila. She asked if i needed any help. I told her that I was looking for Clase Azul. She said what size. She took me to a case and showed it to me. I asked if they had a smaller bottle. It said it does online. She told me I had to go up front and tell the cashier what I wanted. Then they will get it from another locked case. I explained to the cashier that I wanted to 2 of the different sized bottles to compare. Afterwards I will decide on which one I was going to purchase. I looked at the two bottles and decided to get the larger bottle. I was extremely satisfied with the customer service. She even got me to sign up to be a rewards member. I get a free bottle of wine for my birthday . There is plenty of parking in this strip mall. I looking forward to trying this tequila. I actually got it because I want the bottle. The top of the bottle is a bell. I wish I knew the history behind this. I almost forgot. For those that like cigars they have that too.

Total Wine wine tasting…read more This was my first time experience at a wine tasting course at Total Wine. We arrived and quickly found an empty seat. It was in the back row. The place settings were all set up with two glasses for wines and a bottle of water as well as a book that we could follow along and take notes on during the class. To our surprise they had a nice charcuterie board set up with meat and cheeses, and also one set up for the dessert wines. The boards were really nice to have but the one thing we noticed was there was no crackers. It sure would've been nice to have some crackers with the meat and cheese or even a couple crackers to eat between wine tastings to clear our palette. The instructor, Mark, was very knowledgeable about each of the wines in the region that it came from.. The only negative thing I could even say about the course is if I did it again, I would not sit in the back row. We were always served last and our pours were way smaller than people in the front. Would I do it again, sure! It was a nice night out and we really enjoy trying the different wines and socializing with other people in the group. Aside from the wine tasting I do a lot of shopping here for different wines. There are always associates willing to help me with any questions that I have and they have an amazing variety of pretty much any type of wine or alcohol.

It's super well organized and labeled to find what you're looking for. Whatever you need, I would assume they have it. I don't typically purchase mini bottles of champs or Prosecco because they can be pretty pricy, but I found 4 mini bottles for $8.99 which in my opinion is a steal.
