I go to IM as a supplement to my family physician as cookie cutter medicine did not have the answers I needed. However, the scars sit above the crease -- especially on the right side and are more visible than I was led to believe. In addition, both eyes have a noticeable bump on the inner corner near the nose, which was not something I expected or was prepared for. I understand that all surgery involves scarring, but my concern is that the placement and appearance of these scars do not match what I was told during the consultation. When I brought this up during a follow‑up visit, I felt dismissed. The surgeon physically backed away from me as I explained my concerns, which made me feel unheard and uncomfortable. I had hoped for a more supportive and transparent conversation about my options. Overall, I am disappointed with both the outcome and the communication surrounding it.

My…read moreregular eye doctor said I need more for another procedure and he called Dr. Rizzuto for me to set up appt. Their office said they could not operate on me because i owed $475. I live at the same address and have same phone number and was never contacted about this bill. I called my lawyer and he said they could not collect because it was 12 years Ago. For that reason I did not contact Dr. Rizzuto's office. I am thinking it's a scam and I do not recommend him.
