The beds are heated & with the soft music you can just about fall asleep during your procedure. Today I went for my brows to be done with microblading, Viviana did my procedure. OMG Gorgeous!! They are feathered exactly how I wanted them! I can not begin to tell you how thrilled I am!!! Dr Din and her staff are the only ones I trust... along with many of my friends that have chosen Juvanni over the many other spas around. And Mital helped me with a lot of other achy, ailing body parts too while I was there. This was a rough winter...so cold, so dry, so sluggish. I had lost quite a bit of weight and then regained it...only to find it didn't go back in the same place. (read: jowly! That's right, the chin was starting to droop. Nothing bad...just hereditary...but I wasn't ready for it!). Mital said she could help that...and her work did! In just the first 3-4 sessions I felt like my whole neck/lower jaw/chin area was toned again. Forehead wrinkles too got less severe. Also...my eyelids are normally covered by the brow and that's more lifted now too. Overall, I just feel perkier and more toned. Was SO worth it! And, during the course of the 5 week treatment...I jammed a finger and had a swollen knuckle she took care of in one visit...was hurting for days and then it was just gone and healed! I also had injured a shoulder and wrist and she was able to make that go away. Lastly, my period while seeing her did not have a single cramp or ache. I loved the process of the treatment...I look and feel better from the inside out. Mital did a great job!

In the first session, I felt intense pain and expressed it to the technician. I was told the pain is normal in the beginning of the process and with consistency the pain will subside. However, that was not the case. I completed 6 sessions and the pain continued. I was then told it is due to the scarred tissue from having 2 c-sections which the owner was aware of from my consultation with her. I requested an alternate package but was told by the owner that she has a no exchange policy but she will spread out my sessions to monthly. I did not agree to this and asked to just get merchandise (full body shapewear and a heat cream; total value $170) instead and to cancel my remaining 4 sessions which equal the value of $500 ($125 per session). She wouldn't accommodate that either, so I decided to take the loss since she also stated she had a no refund policy as well and requested that my information be discarded as I will not be returning. I am disappointed in how unaccommodating the owner is with her clients as she is the one making recommendations for them. The owner gives the impression that she cares more about money than her clients, extremely unprofessional. Don't waste your time or money!

She will book your appoitment and then try to squeeze another appoitment in between where you will end up waiting longer. Besides that, they try to make up for the lateness by taking away time from your procedure because they are late for the next client. I will definitely not be back to this place for more packages. They're not caterpillar crazy and she never looks as though she'll take flight if she blinks to hard. I told her I would love to try out a lash application but have not been pumped to do so because of past experiences. The first time I had lashes was for my wedding in 2010. The aesthetician that did it was also my MUA and she was great. I just was not ready for lashes at that time. I was able to wear them the entire night but before going to bed I found myself pulling them off with fingertips covered in baby oil. The second time I had them done was at one of my regular eyebrow threading salons but I did not feel too comfortable getting them redone after hearing a customer complain about getting an infection. They weren't the cleanest of places and these are my eyes so it has got to be done correctly. My girlfriend has had a long relationship with her esti, having been devestated when she moved out of NY. She recently returned to continue seeing her local clients which was perfect for me. She made an appointment for me with Tiffany, of @tiffanysbeautyroom, and she occasionally works out of the Silhouette Beauty Lounge. My appointment was for 1130A this past Saturday. I was running a few minutes late and called to inform them. The front desk person was very nice and said that she would let Tiffany know. The salon is located right around the corner from Tosca (p.s. They may be opening back up, ya'll!). Pro tip: don't park in the main Ave. You're best bet is to park a block down at the residential area so you don't have to pay for the meter. When I entered the medspa, I was immediately greeted by their front desk person. She was very nice and she asked me to remove my shoes and put on some slippers they keep up front. No outside shoes are worn in the back which I appreciate. All of the rooms have curtains and there is a nice level of privacy. I felt very comfortable upon entering the room in which I would be serviced. Tiffany was there, waiting for me. Everything looked very clean. I told her that I was a novice at lashes and wanted something very natural looking. I specified that I would like my lashes to look as though I applied 2-3 coats of mascara, natural but noticeable. She suggested the "classic" look and I agreed. She explained the entire process and I will admit that I'm the beginning, I was extremely nervous. My eyelid was twitching because I was a little anxious but soon after I was able to relax and the process went smoothly. She said that it is normal, especially for someone who's a first-timer. When she moved onto the second eye, it was way easier because I had an idea of what would happen so I was able to relax much quicker. It took about 1:45 to finish the entire process. It didn't feel that long and did not mind it as you can tell from the final result that she was very precise with the application, making sure she maintained symmetry. Afterwards, she gave me a card with lash instructions and answered all the questions I had about upkeep and daily maintenance to extend the life of the lashes. She also said that refills can be anywhere form 2-3 weeks, depending upon maintenance, and that a refill is significantly less time for installation. I love how they look and feel. I can't even tell anything is on my eyelids. They look like exactly what I asked for, natural but noticeable. After three days, I have not had any issues with them. I am able to wear makeup and perform my skincare regimen also. There are certain products types I have to stay away from but that it not am issue and Tiffany told me exactly which to not use and provided suggestions of products I would want to use instead. I was told not to wear makeup. I did not wear any on my eyes but I did have my skincare products on and some light foundation. It was not a problem but I would suggest just wearing your skincare products, as you can not get the lashes wet in the first 24 hours post installation. It's just easier to not have to worry about removing makeup I'm any capacity. I'm thinking I might get hooked because I'm already wanting to ask for some darker lashes and maybe get the "hybrid" set next time which would incorporate some fan lashes as well for a fuller look. We'll see because I'm certainly feeling myself...

Needless to say, I was highly disappointed and her attitude and the way she handled the situation was rude. I feel like I was scammed. The place was ok. Dark and a bit chilly, really small and didn't feel that clean. I recommend Farida in White Plains for massage and facial services. The customer service is stellar at Farida's and she has a much larger space with tea and snacks with a waiting room which is far more welcoming than Beryl's . The facials and offerings are much wider and the ladies are so sweet and the massages and facials are top notch!
