My recent experience with them was even worse. When I inquired about picking up a car that had been towed there I was quoted one price but that price was higher when I went to pick it up. Then I was told they miscalculated the days and raised the price again. They charged me for 2 full days that they only had the car a few hours when their lot was closed. If you have a wreck in New Haven the police call Robinsons. They probably get a kickback from this unfair price gauging. I found out too late that I could have called someone else. Do yourself a favor if you need your car towed after a wreck. Call your own favorite towing service and get one you can trust. By the way I miscalculated my one star rating. After I checked again it should have been zero.
