We had an offer within a month of staging it and before staging the house sat without a lot of interest. We were selling the house at a distance and Jamie took care of everything that needed to be done to stage it which was great for us. Everyone who saw the house after staging said how beautiful it looked. The house had it's quirks, like many do, and Jamie did a great job of highlighting the positives.
