You feel as if you're in a wonderful collaborative partnership with her where she is very open to ideas, suggestions and feedback but also uses her expertise and talent to guide the planning and finishing process. She's flexible, attentive, incredibly professional and reliable. She was able to calmly and kindly work with me on a fast, stressful timeline (due to an unexpected move in office space) and a restricted budget to transform a previously neglected office space with challenging space issues into a beautiful, healing space that my clients and I love. Insinuating that I couldn't afford anything. Well don't judge a book by its cover. I could have bought the entire store and 10 others and just so you know ladies. I don't work a lowly retail job, I travel the world, most of the textiles and home decor that Grace and adorn spaces in my home are from Europe.

Several days later all the stores were closed and all the emplyees were fired - just before Christmas. They have out money, we don't have our furniture!

Nearly $5000 for a pair of Stressless leather chairs for my elderly 85 year old parents. Two months…read morein, the leather on one is stretched out and has lost its shape (parents are 160 and 120 pounds). The chairs also show difference in color. Chair that hasn't lost its shape is a brighter more vibrant blue much more pronounced in person. I understand that leather is a natural product, but these extremes are too much in nine weeks, and at almost $2500 each on sale they should look great for years to come. At Circle Furniture, Lisa at Customer Service not willing to do anything based on PHOTOS but refuses to come see the chairs in person. Maybe provide a return with a 40% restocking fee. My parents don't want to return the chairs. They have bought stressless chairs for years and have never experienced this issue. The chairs have been in the house for exactly 9 weeks. The least they could do is come out and inspect the chairs but Circle Furniture not willing. I would highly recommend going elsewhere. Customer service is stunningly lacking.

Overall we were most happy with the design and color choices that perfectly matched what we had pictured in the back of our minds. They are very flexible whether you're a person who love every minutia of choice or want to throw caution to the wind and let them use their imagination to come up with a design! We wandered into First Rugs and found Cynthia, who was tremendously helpful. After flipping through large piles of rugs, she had a sense of what we liked. Cynthia followed up with pictures of additional options, and then came to our house with a van full of rug options. Within an hour, we chose two rugs that we love and which bring a whole new vibrancy to our living room and dining room. Trying them out in our house made all the difference. The prices are fair, and the rug quality is fantastic. I honestly wish we had a few more rooms to decorate. Highly recommend.
