There are times that things don't go well but how the business owner handles the situation is very important. He really was very nice and really wanted to make things right so I will return and give them another try. I went to get a couple of pants to have the hem taken, I selected this place because of its high review, boy was I disappointed. I went in and was told it would take two weeks and if I was fine with that I could take a sit. I sat down said hello to who I presume is Huma and waited as she worked on a dress. This man walks in wanting his pants hemmed, she talks to him, he puts on the pants and she proceeds to mark the pants and tells them it will be done in a week. She then proceeded to continue to work on the dress and ignored me. I walked away.

I texted the owner and he saw the text but ignored it, went to the dry cleaner and the employees said there was nothing. How do they throw away buttons or anglers knowing it belongs to someone's piece of clothing. It's their responsibility to save everything that comes off as I can't get the same aglet since Burberry doesn't sell them. These are $1800 coats not $200 where I can buy another one tomorrow. I started bringing clothes here due to the convenient location and the reviews that suggested…read moreoverall positive experiences. At first, I appreciated how the garments were finished. Over time, however, problems became hard to ignore. I repeatedly had to insist that stains be noted during intake--even obvious ones I pointed out--and, as another recent reviewer mentioned, basic stains were often not removed. The final straw came with my last order, which was missing three shirts when I picked it up. When I raised the issue, the manager (Cesar) shrugged and suggested I check an abandoned clothing rack myself. These were bespoke shirts from Geneva Shirts in Manhattan, costing $350 each. I simply can't afford to entrust expensive, custom clothing to a cleaner that handles items this casually. If you invest in expensive clothes be warned about this cleaner. I wonder how many positive reviews they will need to buy to bury this one.

I entrusted this dry cleaner with five high-end garments valued at over $3,000. When the items were…read morereturned, multiple pieces had clearly shrunk by roughly two sizes and were no longer wearable. These garments fit properly before service and were worn without issue. When I raised the concern, instead of taking responsibility or offering a reasonable resolution, the company dismissed the damage entirely, hid behind "industry standards," and claimed the changes were within "normal tolerances," despite the fact that the garments were materially altered and unusable. What was especially frustrating is that a prior issue with a different garment had already occurred, which they acknowledged at the time by offering compensation as a "courtesy." Now, faced with a much larger and more obvious loss, they refused any accountability. I expected professionalism and care commensurate with handling expensive clothing. Instead, I was met with deflection and a refusal to stand behind their work. I would strongly caution anyone considering bringing valuable or tailored garments here.
