My goal is to keep this car until it is a classic, my house is riddled with mid century modern furniture and I have a very specific eye for detail and design. This leads me to say Will's Auto Upholstery lived up to an exorbitant amount of expectations. The headliner was free of wrinkles, bubbles, loose edges and was smooth along all the areas where the fabric was rounded. They even vacuumed my girl out to get rid of all the residual adhesive that has fallen on the way to their facility. All the folks at Wills were kind, knowledgeable and down right awesome! Did I mention they worked lightening fast?! I can't recommend them enough.

Long story short, they've held my car in the shop for almost two years now (complete engine swap)…read more I'm extremely disgusted by their work ethic and the current state of the car. The owners were not in today so I asked the receptionist what was the reason for it being held up for so long? She said the exact same story they've been telling me all along. "OoOoOh we are losing workers and the new guys don't know what's going on with the current projects".. regardless, how is that my fault? Plus, one of the actual owners claims to be the one working on the car himself so..? I don't understand the issue. had I not stopped in today; who knows when would have been the next time they notified me. Thats also another thing. EXTREMELY POOR COMMUNICATION, why is it that no one at this shop can keep me in the loop? Updates? Nope. Never. Estimated time of completion? LOL. never! Oh you're going on deployment? Let's put this project on pause. Now, there has been "some" progress on the car which I will give them that but come on now we are going on two years. TWO YEARS GUYS!? I guess 3 is the magic number? Sad to say that I had a very poor experience. Then, after I got the issue fixed, I headed back to the shop to get my inspection sticker and they'd closed early for xmas eve! There was NO signage on the door. On the Friday following xmas, I headed out early before work to try and get the problem resolved again, and the shop was still closed with NO SIGNAGE stating they'd be closed- they also had no prompt on their answering service stating they'd be closed. They wasted my time with the poor communication, and I felt angry when the tech smiled while handing me my rejection sticker. Wouldn't recommend this chaotic, unprofessional place.
