Norma and her husband spend two whole days with us after coming to our house and measuring everything to make sure we get what we want. We finally got all of our house furnished with their help! It feels magical! My family loves the outcome. Even my 5 years old can't stop talking about how beautiful our house is! You get high end furniture paying half of the price compare to lot of other furniture stores in Dallas.

We have been lied to by Rori Rhodes, Teresa Higdon, and MCGS concerning the delivery of our furniture. Apparently I am supposed to know the definitions of "Ready to Ship", " In Transit" , and "Ready for immediate delivery" actually mean 4-6 months, or in this case MAYBE the end of January, 2022....unless the factory in Vietnam closes AGAIN. Rori Rhodes, NEVER told us about any issues until pressed repeatedly. Today, December 22, 2021 she admitted that out furniture is indefinitely delayed. We paid by check, which means we can not file for a refund under our credit card. Now I know why she didn't want to take a credit card, because we would have been protected. Order whatever you want online, don't go here, they are doing the exact same thing you could do, and you would have more protection and you wouldn't have to pay the extra 20% for her "services". My furniture doesn't match. My personal belongings are still in black buckets with yellow lids from Home Depot. My bedroom side table is a bucket. I have a 300 lb+ coffee table I can not move to clean under. I trusted Rori Rhodes and McGannon Showrooms... for what? $63,000 later I have no shelves, and I am living out of buckets. We went $13,000 over budget (and we were willing to spend more) to live in our beautiful condo that we have worked our entire life for. The pictures are reflective of the current state of our condo. I am getting ready to remodel my townhouse, and needed someone I could bounce ideas off of in selecting the flooring and countertops, and basic furniture placement suggestions. During our initial consultation she said this should be an easy job, and wound not take her very long. But since her minimum was $500 I would still have a few hours left over, and it cover additional assistance if I have some questions along the way. Like furniture placement after I was done remodeling. Even though her quote was 400% higher than other bids I received for initial consult, since I would have post project additional help, and for a flat fee versus time and material it became an easier choice. When Carolina came to my house she was rude and insulted my home on multiple occasions. I had several flooring options preselected, and she did help me narrow it down and gave me a specific direction to look for on the 2nd floor. When I showed her my paint color selection, she immediately dismissed me, saying I would be sick of it immediately. I told her I doubt that as I have been considering the swatch on my wall for over a year. Granted, yes she was there to give me direction, and I did appreciate her recommendation, however, her patronizing approach and talking to me like a child was not appreciated. Overall throughout the appointment, She never asked my opinion, and when I gave feedback or asked a question, I was dismissed like a child. She steamrolled and assumed I would throw out the nice work I have already done because in her mind it was crap. As she was leaving, I asked the best way to follow up with her about the additional time since she was in my house for less than 45 minutes. And she said I didn't have any more time and she had already gone above and beyond. WAIT WHAT?!! That's not what we agreed to on the phone. I have asked her to compromise since there was clearly and misunderstanding, and now she is refusing to respond to my emails. In no shape or form produce $500 worth of work. Granted she did help me select between tile A and tile However that alone is not $500 worth of effort. Stay away from Pulp and Carolina, unless you want a bait and switch on your verbal agreement, and your money stolen.
