So on one occasion, the regular caregiver found him on Monday a.m. in his living room asleep on the floor in the fetal position, with the same clothes on that he had on Friday. Clothes obviously completely soiled. The caregiver from Goodcare basically did nothing, while I paid well over $500 for the privilege. But, I realize things happen and I called Goodcare to let them know. They were nice enough and said they would take care of it. Several weeks later, the same thing happened. And of course they billed me for the privilege. So I called again, and told them I couldn't use them any more - I actually need someone to TAKE CARE of my dad on the weekends. Like shower him, change him, tuck him in. The kind of stuff that home care agencies are supposed to do. Jo Beth assured me she would speak with the owner and that he would contact me. I also asked if there was anything they could do about my bill, since I am paying for SERVICE that was never performed. She assured me that SOMETHING would be done and that I would hear from someone soon. Three weeks later, I've heard nothing but crickets. Sorry folks, but as far as I'm concerned, Goodcare is actually "No Care." And you pay $25 an hour minimum for "no care." Good day.

With Camille's help, he was able to walk and mostly maintain his balance. After he passed away in 2023, I needed some physical therapy so I asked for Optimal and Camille because of the care she had given my husband. She takes time to listen to me and my needs, then acts on what she hears. She is very personable in taking time to share pictures and activities she has with her children and husband. Camille becomes more than a therapist, I consider her a friend whose opinion I value. She has a great and friendly staff from the front office to the other therapists. The office staff has always been courteous and professional. The medical staff has always been excellent!!! We were not seen by the Dr. we were seen by his PA Mindy. She was AMAZING!!! From the very beginning Mindy was SO warm, comforting, and had excellent bedside manner. We expected to be in the cast for a month. We are going on week 7 and we are 100% on board with that. Mindy is a mother and views her patients as if they were her own when she treats them. She went over the X-Rays in detail all 3 times and answered my questions as well as my 9 year old sons questions. I highly recommend this practice!!

I had put off hip replacement for YEARS, and finally got the right hip done 3 months ago. I can tell a big difference in my mobility and reduced pain. His office staff and nurses are kind, patient and ready to answer any questions you have. His post-surgical pain management protocol is comprehensive and kept me very comfortable, particularly in the first few weeks after surgery. Panhandle Surgical Hospital is also excellent - I was treated like "gold" before, during and after my surgery. My left total hip replacement is scheduled in September!

That cost me over $4,000 dollars plus the travel and lodging to Austin and back from Amarillo. Three months later I went back for a second and final treatment which cost me about the same. In all, I estimate that I spent over $10,000.00. The treatment did help but was short lived. I finally made the decision to have that knee replaced. Dr. Crossnoe replaced my wives knee about 5 years ago and she has had great results so I decided to go back to him for my knee. It has been 120 days since Dr. Crossnoe replaced my right knee. I must say, the firs two months I endured quite a bit of pain and discomfort. However, for the past two to three weeks the pain has completely gone away. I still am experiencing some minor swelling and stiffness but am able to walk just fine. The knee is getting better every day. I cannot say enough about the care, and professional treatment I received from Dr. Crossnoe and his entire staff. They are very friendly and the wait time to see Dr. Crossnoe is minimal. If you are even thinking about having knee replacement, you owe it to yourself to see Dr. Crossnoe. He gave me great advice from the very beginning and was not pushy.
