In a crunch you can get what you need here. Selection is good compared to the other Asian store and their store layout is more spacious apart. You will find items (ie "pork blood" or "ostrich eggs) that you won't find at any grocery stores(ie America groceries). Shares a large parking lot with other business, but never had an issue finding a parking spot. They also started to sell to go banh mi sandwiches. It was $5, now $6. Bread was good but the sandwich "okay"-- not worth $3 much less the $6 price ticket. Same owners of the new pho diner "360 Pho." Family own business so forgiving on their banh mi, but will not be buying another one any time soon.
