I submitted a request for information on Fellowship Home Loans web page, based on a radio ad. John Fenrich contacted me, asked why I was looking to refinance and immediately got to work helping me with the process. We originally thought we would be able to do a VA mortgage refinance, but when John discovered we were not eligible, he found another loan program that would work for us. When the numbers came back iffy, he help me figure out how to make it work. Even though the timeframe went a little longer than I expected, due to some of the hurdles we ended up having, John was there every step of the way. Great experience! We kept receiving letters in the mail about reducing our MPI and we finally pursued one of them with ICG. We worked with Jon Koleszko and Gavin Luckman on a Streamline Refi and both were great to work with! They were very helpful and were able to reduce our Mortgage Insurance Premium which reduced our monthly payment! The whole process from start to close was about 10 days!!! Horrible!! Poor business tactics - bait and switch approach. All they do is try to refer you to 'their people' be it credit repair or attorneys. They will switch banks at last minute and increase closing costs. BE AWARE. One of the managers, Corey Margulefsky was charged criminally for defrauding borrowers, all he did was change company name and now operates this company.
