We are in the middle of paperwork for a mortgage. After trying for almost FIVE months to get their attention, going up the ladder of responsibility, repeated promises of "get right back to you", and recently withdrawing a large amount of money every day from our 30 year old account with them, NOTHING has worked. I am now turning to Social Media to see if that gets TD Bank's attention. Thank God we could come up with interim financing, or we would have lost the home we wanted. The problem was when I downloaded the app and started filling in the info, It came back to me with a Hello Maria. Maria is my ex -wife . divorced to 13 years or so . while we were married, she set up the house and cars with allstate. So my SS# was attached to this account. understand that she has not been a customer for over 10 years. Long and short of it, it would not let me into the account period. I asked them to fix it and they said they would, It fell of the radar and now, they added an extra $600 to my 6month policy. After 2 hours at the office, we finally fix it, but they refused to credit me on the policy difference on an issue that started on there end. I gave them the option to fix it right and they refused.
