I live in Silicon Valley in California and I never had to make a phone call to make sure he was doing his job. He kept me posted on each step of his installation. Our general contractor and Realtor raved about him and his top-tier work-I'd like to call it his gift. Honestly-I only trusted Kris and our Realtor with our new construction build. That says a lot!!!!! Thank u Kris!! You never gave me a headache:)) Don't look anywhere else-Kris is the best and as an investor and small business owner -you never want anything less. In fact, I told my Property Manager to only contact Kris if the tenants ever need anything to do with A/V at the property. Kris is super talented and product knowledgeable-but most importantly trustworthy, professional, and I only hope to meet him one day in Nashville!!!!!! Kris thank you so much!!!!!!!!!

The cost AMAZING! Like how I've had TVs installed before and let's just say if everything else didn't already make me a loyal customer the cost sealed the deal! I shopped around from the box stores (Magnolia, Geek Squad, Hifi Buys, etc.) before I stumbled upon Bryan. I was very nervous about installing my televisions. They were each going to be installed above fireplaces in a newly constructed home. One of the televisions was in our downstairs great room, the other was outside on a brick fireplace. These are both very high profile areas, and I knew that if the TV's were not installed perfectly it was going to haunt me for years. Bryan was very responsive and answered all of my questions. From his website I saw that he had a tremendous amount of experience with installs, and being that he owned his own business I knew he would care just as much about his workmanship as I would. The televisions were perfectly hung, the cable box, AppleTV, and sound bar wires were cleanly concealed. I couldn't be happier. As an added bonus, Bryan helped setup my equipment (the cable service, TV and sound bar were all new out of the box). He even took his shoes off to come in the house! I would recommend Theater Leaders to anyone, and plan to use them again when I get ready to do our media room!
