I started at IX3 in July of 2014. I purchased a Groupon deal just to try it out. I was already a member of several other gyms, so at the time couldn't fully commit. I LOVED the classes though, and was compelled to sign up for a limited membership, two classes per week. I enjoyed it so much, I quickly upgraded to a full time membership. I have been active my whole life and I have been to many gyms. There's the standard, larger chains where you motivate yourself to workout, or you take group classes that are usually subpar, with trainers who constantly change. I've also been to several boutique fitness centers that offer mostly group classes. I have complete confidence in saying that IX3 is something special. The staff is unparalleled. Allan, Cica, Chris, Ross, RJ, Stephanie, Nick, and Catt are exceptional. The gym has a big following, but they still always call you by name. They acknowledge everyone individually, and they notice your progress. Whatever your fitness level, beginner to advanced, they encourage you in a way that gets you excited about reaching your goals and before you know it, surpassing them and doing more than you thought you could. The classes are challenging, but fun. It quickly becomes an addiction. Even better, they are always coming up with new things they can incorporate to keep things fresh and continue to motivate you. Since I have been there, I have seen so many new faces that have turned into members. People instantly feel welcome and want to become a part of the IX3 family. It isn't just the staff that is encouraging. All the members are there for each other, and when someone reaches a milestone, everyone celebrates them. It's a great community of people and a fantastic way to get and stay in shape. read more

IX3 has totally changed my life!! Owners Allan and Ciça promote a place where you feel comfortable working out. All of the trainers know you by your name. They know your strengths, your weaknesses, and are ALWAYS motivating you to do better. High fives, awesome jobs are never short to be given. There are so many different classes, not just kickboxing. There are core classes, shadow boxing, butts and guts, hit boxing and many more. The atmosphere, the energy is awesome. MUSIC is a big part of the class to keep your energy up. Allan, Chris, Nick, Ross, RJ, Stephanie, Catt, Ciça are ALWAYS available to talk to you, show you how to master a certain move. I love that I am not only challenged every class, which by the way is always different. But you walk out with 30 other members ( friends).. all having encouraging words for each other. Allan is always a text away., IX3... saved me.. I last belonged to a gym called Busy Body. I belonged there for 3 years. No one knew my name! No one said good job.. if you took classes half the time the stereo system wasn't working. You didn't know who worked there, who didn't. I had to pay extra for a personal trainer. At IX3... every class is like a personal session. Just awesome.. Also IX3 promotes, a family setting. On weekends they plan beach work outs, paddle boarding, kayaking.. outdoor workout sessions LOVE IX3... I would recommend this gym to anyone and everyone!!! read more

As a certified personal trainer myself...I am always trying to inspire others but how do I find MY inspiration to "kick it up a notch!"? For me...this program is extraordinary! The program design keeps changing so it is never boring. The teacher is not only leading but educating in the process...and keeping an eye on every participant to assure they are using good form so there are no injuries. The class is appropriate for all ages and levels...he gives options so everyone can do the activity at their own level. The high energy at 6:00am is just what I need and it is paying off! People have been asking me..."What are you do?? You look great!" I am more defined, more cut, more slim.... That is not easy to do at the age of 60. I highly endorse this program. read more

I decided to write a review in Portuguese, because I know that Brazilian community in our city is significant, and people need to know about this place! Eu amo IX3! read more

Hands down...the best gym/fitness center I have ever joined! Having relocated from NJ and frequenting NYC, it was difficult finding a gym that fit my needs and met my expectations. January 2015 was life changing when I was introduced to iX3. After 9 years, I found the most positive, energetic and motivational gym with convenient hours and kick a$$ instructors. An amazing variety of classes, hitting every muscle, HOTBOXING, HIITBOX....I kid you not there is way more sometimes it's hard to choose. So clean and fabulous equipment! If you need a change, a place to sweat and call your second home...don't wait any longer read more
