What made the experience worse was the attitude -- it felt rude and dismissive, and there was no apology or customer-focused service. I've visited other Nordstrom locations before and have always had great experiences with polite, professional, and attentive staff. That's why this visit was especially disappointing. Customer service is one of the reasons people choose to shop at Nordstrom, and unfortunately, this location did not meet those expectations. I hope management pays attention to the customer experience and provides additional training to ensure guests feel welcomed and respected.

Not only do they get it all over themselves and can't remove it (I looked like I was bruised while trying to color match a concealer on my arm), but the products themselves get messy from people who have makeup all over their hands. Instead of helping me, he pressured me for my credit card info and tried to upsell and upcharge me for his own gain. I was told I'd receive a refund, but my bank confirmed I was charged again instead. To make matters worse, my bank also stated the CVV number is not required for refunds, which makes his behavior feel dishonest and scam-like. This broke all trust. If you consider this school, get everything in writing and be very cautious with your financial information!

She said once I clicked that, the clock would start timing her, she said I only needed to click that if I waited in my car by the sidewalk. I didn't see why it's a problem that I was already inside the store, and she didn't need to go outside. The chocolate was pre-bagged, she gave that to the cashier who scanned it. As I had already paid online, it was quick. I didn't spend too much time inside this store, but it looked smaller than the other Walgreens stores that I had been to. It's not as bright and looked quite dated. However, I was happy that they had this chocolate that's my sister's favorite at a discounted price, and the pickup was quick and smooth.
