I took a custom rig I built a few months back to them when all of a sudden the bios wouldn't post. I consider myself fairly knowledable with computers , and built this rig myself, after 2 days of troubleshooting, I decided I need a professional....and found Ray's online looking for reviews. I brought it in on Monday of Christmas week and they were able to start working on it Tuesday before Christmas Eve, they had a solution for me, that Friday morning, less than 3 business days. Patrick took all my information and explained to me the process setting expectations and Jamie leveraged his skills to bring my PC back to life. Jamie was very personable and explained everything to me fully. In the future I definitely will be using Ray's for any of my computing needs. Thank you

I took it to two different Sprint stores and a couple of other places, all of which said my phone was beyond repair. I had some very important information on my phone that i need for an up-coming court hearing. Unfortunately, I did not back the information up. I could not accept the fact that my phone was dead. Luckily, i was referred to this store by a technician at another store who couldn't help. I left my phone there and told the technician to take his time and do what he needed to do. I just got a call today that my phone was working and ready to be picked up. I was surprised and extremely happy! It's working perfectly and all of my information is there. I'll make sure to tell anyone I know who has phone or computer issues about this technician. He was a life saver.

Well i didn't need to get to them...so i didn't worry. When I tried a few weeks later..I couldn't get any to open. I tried to contact him several times and received no response. I decided to take it to another shop to see if they could retrieve any of the data from the disc hard drive and all the files were corrupted and didn't contain enough data to retrieve. They also pointed out that the SSD wasn't even being used...the operating system was booting from the disc hard drive not the Solid State Drive. They advised that they would have transfered the operating system to the SSD and partitioned off the bad start-up sequence on the disc hard drive...that way all of my data would have been saved ! When he installed my SSD to replace the disc hard drive that was operating the system he didn't transfer the start-up or operation system to the SSD. So basically.... he completely wiped my disc hard drive and all of my data with it when it could have been easily saved by a knowledgeable tech. Years of pictures...gone....What a waste!
