My latest PA left the business and I decided against continuing with Metros. The owner assumed that I would in the future hire the now former PA, threatened to monitor myself and my home, and sent a certified Cease and Desist letter indicating that I should not have any future communication with any current or former employees. My recommendation is to stay away from the drama that this company has in leadership. Some great employees and services for sure, but if you don't want legal action threatened when you cancel the service- don't book.

My couch has 3 inches of clearance - it is not difficult at all to vacuum or swiffer under and our normal ladies do it for our bimonthly clean. I gave up checking and decided to just email with videos of the areas I checked. I was nice in my email (attached it here) and the response (also attached) was basically that the team doesn't get down on their knees to clean but they would come back to reclean these specific areas. The point is that these are just a few examples. They should have sent a different team to actually deep clean the house because that is what I paid for and it is absolutely not what I got. I don't expect perfect service, but I would expect their customer service team to have done a better job addressing this.
