Absolutely do not recommend for a deep clean. Paid $800 to use this company instead of my normal ladies because we've been in the house a while and I thought it would be worth it to pay for the occasional deep clean using one of these big companies with good reviews. I hate leaving bad reviews (you can check my reviews for proof of this) but the reviews misled me on this one so I feel like I have to ensure others aren't as disappointed as I was. I did a very brief check around my house to make sure they cleaned thoroughly - every place I checked was not touched. My couch has 3 inches of clearance - it is not difficult at all to vacuum or swiffer under and our normal ladies do it for our bimonthly clean. I gave up checking and decided to just email with videos of the areas I checked. I was nice in my email (attached it here) and the response (also attached) was basically that the team doesn't get down on their knees to clean but they would come back to reclean these specific areas. The point is that these are just a few examples. They should have sent a different team to actually deep clean the house because that is what I paid for and it is absolutely not what I got. I reached out to Go 2 Girls over a month ago to schedule a deep clean of my home with the intention of starting regular cleanings if it went well. The quote was reasonable and I accepted. I then communicated via email with Crystal about what day I wanted. The original email said they would confirm 4-7 days beforehand. Several days after that I reached out because I had yet to get the link to input my credit card information and the email asking about scheduling said it had already been sent. It was sent about a week after I asked about it. Yesterday was 4 days out from my clean date and I hadn't heard anything, so I called. I was told that they're having a very difficult time staffing and they wouldn't be able to do my clean at all. I'm honestly flabbergasted. I had this in the works for over a month and to be told last minute that they couldn't do it was completely unprofessional and left me scrambling to find a company that could do it. If they had been upfront and said they wouldn't be able to accommodate it, or even notified me at any point over the last month, I would have been more understanding but they actually never notified me! If I hadn't called to inquire, I would have been left high and dry. Completely unprofessional and I would never use or recommend them to any of my neighbors. read more

I cannot say enough great things about Sara. The second she walked into my home for a walk thru..I knew my search for a cleaner was over. Her personality is amazing! I opened the door to the biggest smile..and quickly learned she has the biggest heart too!! She told me what she would clean, how she would clean it, and the importance of a clean home. She had me sold. We booked for a few weeks out...and let me tell you...her work is as great as her personality. She made my home so clean and sparkly but what it did for my mental health is on a whole new level! Sara is gracious, detailed and generous and truly cares about her work. Terrible. Started out with a good cleaner and went down hill from there. Cleaners do not move furniture to vacuum and do not dust every piece of furniture. They do NOT train their people. Overpriced for what you get! Customer Service is the worst I have ever seen!! Consistency is key. read more

I was moving and for my renter I wanted to bring in professional cleaners as a nice touch. I wanted to support a local, female owned business and thought the range they wanted to charge me was high for my small home but I was willing to pay a fair amount for the services rendered. Post-cleaning, I was billed for the top amount of the service quote, even though less square footage was cleaned than initially discussed... I also needed to follow up in a few areas in my kitchen and bathroom after the cleaning was completed. I let them know this, and the women who came to clean did put effort in and were so kind. I wanted to pay a fair amount but for about 600sqft of space that was already pretty clean, $410.00 is a complete scam. They were unwilling to work with me on a fair final amount (for comparison, I've had cleaners come in to the same house and actually clean more of the space, and charged me less than $100). To be clear I was willing to pay much more for this particular cleaning but $410.00 is actual robbery. I'd highly recommend shopping elsewhere this was a horrific customer experience. read more

We hired them to clean our 2 level town and only 2 of us live here. We asked/paid for a deep-clean but that is not what we received. Part of the house was not even dusted. 1 ceiling fan was cleaned out of 3 and the carpets were vacuumed. Kitchen floor was not washed and dining room was not touched. We ended up going back over it ourselves. I recommend before you hire that you strongly state what you want cleaned and to make sure you are there to ensure its completed. They gave us a $50.00 discount on a $250.00 job and they were only here for 2.5 hours at the most. read more

Only giving 1 star because 0 isn't an option. My first experience could not have been better, but my second has me writing this review (which I rarely do). I paid $200 for a "deep clean" - 1 employee for 3 hours. I listed my priorities in our small rental home - 2.5 small bathrooms, kitchen, and floors. In 3 hours, she managed to clean one bathroom and half the kitchen. No vacuuming, no bedrooms. The one bathroom she cleaned did need a good scrubbing in the tub.... The pipes are old, and plumbers had just come to do some work to get it to drain properly. But 2 1/2 hours to scrub a bathtub? Give me a break. Although they claim to guarantee their work, not a single effort was made to make this right. After my first cleaning, I got a follow-up call and text to make sure I was satisfied. This time, nothing. Pretty telling. In communication with the company, I was finally told I could have guided her to other areas. It would have been nice to know I was expected to monitor her cleaning while trying to work full time. Don't ask where I've left a key if you expect me to be there to make sure she's doing her work! Look elsewhere if you want a good clean with attention to detail. read more

We have had some trouble finding a cleaning crew that has the attention to detail that we need, especially with a toddler at home. We decided to give Go2Girl a chance. Our first cleaning lacked was subpar in our opinion. But they followed up with us and sent a girl to address our concerns right away. I appreciated that they called us after the first cleaning and really listened to our feedback, and followed up with after the second. We decided to give them another chance and my husband told the cleaner exactly what the trouble spots were (i.e. our master bathroom was embarrassingly gross and moldy). Sequoyah did a fantastic job!
