Before even coming out, he wanted to make sure we did everything we could, which sold me, as it shows the company's honesty and integrity, not to come out for things you can do yourself if need be. You get repeat customers like me when you operate that way! Other companies couldn't come out so quickly, and I really love services with a fast turnaround time! Greg was diligent and informative. I learned about the differences between when the light is on and off, and when it has no writing, which means it can turn on in multiple areas. My original issue was fixed; an LED light with two controllers for each section of the house. He was also professional and affable, which really helped, since it was my first time dealing with lighting issues, and he didn't make me feel like my questions were silly! In fact, he explained them and gave examples so I could remember. They offer so many services, including generators! I would definitely call them out again. With 35 years on the job, Greg is what we call true to this, not new to it! Lastly, I believe the value service was worth it! Thanks team! I was told they could complete the installation within a month. First they delivered and placed the unit. Everything looked great. Once they called Duke Energy for the power drop we found out it would be a little longer than a month. So it took 6 weeks instead of 4. Hardly anything to worry about! They gave me the install date based on Duke's timing, showed up on time and completed the job more quickly than expected. They were efficient and neat, and left my property in good shape. They tested everything was working properly, showed me the operation details and answered all my questions. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PowerMaster and would use them again, without hesitation.

I was honestly expecting the estimate Monday morning, and sent the email as a bump/reminder. Wednesday (11/9): Morning...Called and spoke with Jennifer on the phone. She advised that Mr. Frye was out of the office, but that he would be back shortly and would call me back at that time. Wednesday (11/9): Afternoon... Sent James a follow-up email explaining that I was ready to purchase the materials as soon as he got the quote over to me. ...no response Thursday (11/10): Called and spoke to Jennifer again, and she said that Mr. Frye was not at his desk, but he would call me back shortly. She also added that if he was unable to call back, she would call me back herself. ...no call-back from James or Jennifer. Friday (11/11): Morning...Called and spoke to Jennifer yet again. This time, Mr. Frye was on a conference call, and could not be bothered. She remembered that I had called several times before, and again said that if Mr. Frye could not get back to me, she would call me back herself. ...no call-back (big surprise) Friday (11/11): Afternoon...Called and spoke to Anne. She informed me that Mr. Frye was busy doing estimates and could not be bothered to take my call. After informing her that I needed the quote by day-end, she said that would not be possible as Mr. Frye was on his way to the beach (clearly lying about him doing estimates). At that point I asked her to inform Mr. Frye that he'd no longer need to bother himself with the quote, as I'd be seeking business elsewhere. Excuses and lies are all I got from this company. Disregarded calls and email follow-ups are a huge red flag.

If you're too busy to take on new work, just say that upfront instead of wasting people's time. Very disappointing experience and I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Fast forward 2.5 years later and we had one hinge start to come loose on our 10ft swinging gate. I reached out to Brady for an opinion on how to remedy the issue.
