David met me on my premises and came with all of the tools he needed and more. For instance, upon installing the hard drive, he had brought a device with him that extracted all of the files in my old hard drive and re-installed them into my new hard drive, and he installed Windows for me using a license key he brought (which was cheaper than the price I would've paid for Windows otherwise). He made the process so easy, and he thought of everything. He even checked in with me later on to ensure the laptop was running well and agreed to access my laptop remotely to help troubleshoot some issues I was still having. He stayed with me until it was running perfectly and all at no extra cost. After his additional troubleshooting, the laptop runs better than it did when I bought it brand new 5 years ago.
