Very Disappointing Experience - Would Not Recommend…read more We were looking for a reliable used car with a clean title so our bank could finance the full price. We specifically asked about clean titles and were told they only sold clean-title vehicles, but the cars we selected turned out to have rebuilt titles. The loan application process was very slow. When the salesperson drove us to another branch to check out a car, we found a transmission error on the dashboard. After returning to the original location, we felt pressured to buy a more expensive vehicle instead of being helped with what we actually needed. Overall, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience. We ended up buying a car elsewhere. I wish the dealership had been more transparent, respected our time and budget, and listened to our needs. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this dealership.
