They also noticed my tires were getting old and pulled up three quotes for options of tires, but didn't pressure me to get them there and said it was just so I'd be aware of the ballpark estimate of how much it'll cost once we do replace them. Tunex at 1247 S. Jordan Parkway is one of those rare auto repair centers that you can really count on. This shop reminds me of the way my father ran our auto repair shop, except Tunex is bigger. These guys are efficient, honest, affordable, and, oh yes, great mechanics. I do most of my own work, but there are times when I don't have the diagnostic equipment, time, or, I just can't figure something out. Each time Randy has listened carefully to my concerns and what I'm thinking. They have not once disappointed me. And its not just me, I've watched them interact with other customers while I've waited my turn. They are treated with the same respect and seem to leave just as satisfied as I always am.
