I found this company on a local moms fb group. I called three different companies from that page. Integrity Tree Care responded the fastest, had the best price and spoke to me in an away that I could respect. Often times I feel like home service companies try to take advantage of unsuspecting customers. This was not the case. The crew was fast efficient and took care of my property with ease. One of the three trees they took down was on the fence line, in a precarious position. No problem. Three trees in two hours and easy communication with the boss man. They were contracted to remove fallen trees from the February snow storm and to cut down some other trees. They totally ruined my front year and left debris all over. Additionally they must have had a tractor Fo across my grass as there were huge ruts left that are still there though my gardener is trying to grow grass where they indented the lawn. I approached a team working in a bay shore park. Not only were they extremely rude, the work they had done was horrendous. Clean up was terrible and there was not a single use of ppe on sight. Disgusting our tax payer dollars go to a clown show of a non accredited tree care company. read more

Made an appointment to have my trees pruned and stump removed. No one showed up to my house to complete the work. I called the office multiple times and no one picked up the phone. I don't know what happened but at this moment I wouldn't recommend their services. read more

I had one large tree to be removed and the stump ground down to below the ground level because I was having that part of my front yard graded with topsoil for sod. They left the stump about 6 inches above the ground and I asked Tom to bring somebody back to finish their job. He told me they would be there in a few days. Well, 2 weeks later and still nothing. I text Tom again, left a message on the machine, but they are in no hurry to complete the job. I'm done contacting them--it's their choice to have a disappointed customer write a bad review instead of just coming here for 30 minutes to finish what they started. My neighbor is having some trees taken down and I'm going to pay that Company $200 to have the stump taken care of. Couldn't be more disappointed in "Integrity". Don't use them. read more

Agreed to have 3 trees removed, grind stumps, top and shape one tree and remove one large limb from another. Take wood and grind branches and stumps. Sounds simple enough. I was a bit concerned as I was going to be out of town on the day of the work but was assured I would be very happy with their work. Returned home that night. The tree trunks were cut in various sizes and stacked half in my flower bed and half on my neighbors property. Too late to call till next morning. I checked the remainder of their work, the tree which was topped off had cut branches hanging from it. There were branches laying in the flower bed. Four cat nip bushed had been walked on. Pine cones and needles from the removed tree on the opposite side of the driveway where swept/blown into the opposite flower bed. The tree which had the limb removed had misc branches left behind. Unfortunately, my wife paid the foreman who said they would return the next day at 8am to remove the trunks. Never asked her to look at their work before they left. I called and got voice mail. Truck shows around 1130. Guy said he was a foreman but I later found out he was probably the owner. Explained the above issues. Never offered any resolution like returning to clean and finish. I was already a half hour into what eventually was a 1 hour clean up. Office called me later that day. I went over the issues and was told she would pass them on to the owner. Never heard from him. On the positive side, they showed on time and didn't drop a tree on the house. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend them unless you watch everything they do. read more

The company is horrible. They were sub-contracted by my solar company to trim trees for my solar pannels. They trimmed the wrong trees based on the map I got from the solar company. According to the map, they should trim 1 and 2. Instead, they trimmed 2 and 3. I tried to talk with the person in charge of this for possible resolution. She just told me that I signed the contract and they trimmed it. That's it. After a long argument, in the end she start saying things like " do you think I care about what trees trimmed? Do you know how many hours and days I worked bla bla bla". read more

Owner Mike is nice and he came right away and did the estimate. The crew showed up at the appointed time and worked their butts off. They were courteous, and worked non-stop until they removed the entire tree from the property. They swept up the driveway and yard and left it in perfect condition! Wow!!! I had the biggest tree in a small spot! Unfortunately, a 120 year old pine tree had to come down. It was surrounded by sheds,pools and PVC fence. I have used this company before and was happy with them. I called this company to set up an estimate on Monday and was told someone would be at the house by the next day between 4 and 5pm. I waited and no one showed up. I thought I possibly got the day wrong and waited until Wednesday evening. No one showed up. I called their office 3 times on Thursday and. O one picked up. I just called again, someone picked up and did not answer after my saying Hello? several times. I thought we got disconnected but then i heard a computer tone. OBVIOUSLY you were there and did not take my call. Really bad customer service. You lost this customer and several other potential customers. read more

I did my research and found integrity tree was one of the few that was highly recommended In my area. Estimator was very professional. They made an appointment and showed up promptly. They initially took down 5 trees and I then called them back to clear my whole back yard. Greg, the foreman, very personable and on point with everything he told us before and after. No b.s. Told it what it was upfront before doing the job. The team in exceptional, they work non stop and fast. They get the job done unbelievably. I am so happy to share my experience and rate them 5/5 stars. They deserve it. I will defiantly be calling them back in the spring to do the rest of my trees. Thank you! read more

No integrity AT ALL. I booked an appointment with the women Jacky who came to my property for a proposal. We agreed to a price For taking down two trees. After going back and forth about a date. They finally showed up. Refused to take down my trees because the climber that day did not feel qualified to take down the trees. Then tried to charge me double. She admitted to making a mistake and said they would come back with a more experienced person. They never came back. Avoid them at all cost! Waist of time and totally unprofessional. read more

We had this company come for an estimate and they seemed reliable and reasonable priced as per recommendation from a neighbor who used them. We had a contract and we were set to begin tree removal but kept getting delayed due to scheduling and conflicts on the company's end. We had other projects scheduled around the tree removal and needed to postponed all those project due to being delayed with the tree removal scheduling (of at least 10 days of dates being changed). We were promised a no later than job completion date regardless of the circumstances but that failed to happen. On the morning of the job the employee called and stated they were not authorized to do the job even though the day before it was promised the job would be completed with two crews regardless of the outcome of the circumstances. It's very disappointing that this company's employees don't rely accurate information to its customers and led them on up to the deadline date. Poor communication, bad customer service and an inaccurate level of expectations. We wouldn't recommend or trust anything this company says. read more
