I didn't go with them right away because I wanted to get some other quotes. When I did decide to go with them, they accepted a lower price right over the phone ($800). They said it would take a few weeks to come out to me and I was fine with that. After a few weeks, my neighbor said that they were having a party in two days and asked me when the tree was getting trimmed. They didn't feel safe with the hanging limb that was partially in their backyard. I called Tree Guys and the owner agreed to come out the very next day. My neighbor was ecstatic!
