Over 50 lbs of documents shredded while you wait and observe. Highly recommended. Have to look closely to see the entrance.

Nice people. Effectively and efficient shredding. They do not overcharge. Asaasaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

My second time using this service today. Great customer service and helpful. Definitely recommend this company and staff. read more

I had five bankers boxes of documents files, PendaFlex files... Mostly business and personal financial records. I did a walk-in on Wednesday between 12:00 and 4:00 p.m. . Drove around to the back where the truck is that does all the shredding. Only one person ahead of me and they charged me $8 per box. It's more if you have only two or less boxes. Fast courteous and they also do pickups. I felt I'd rather use their drop off service and watch that everything got shredded. Walk in / drop off are Wednesdays Thursdays Fridays between 12:00 and 4:00 p.m. read more

Outstanding service! Representatives were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommended this company for any large scale shredding projects. Thank you so much for your help. read more

If you do not care about how you are treated, use them. If you want a company who treats customers with respect, go elsewhere. After reading reviews about Integrity Shred, we chose to patronize them. We brought a dozen bags of bills and sensitive papers over. When I arrived, the receptionist looked frazzled and said it would be 15-20 minutes before they could help. Fair enough. After 20 minutes, I walk in and she's on her cell phone! She directed me to the rear where the shredder truck is located. The young guy who helped me was rather rude and very snobbish. He treated me like I was bothering him. He had zero customer service skills. I tried to talk to him but he was very dismissive. After paying, I called to complain. The same receptionist was un-apologetic and demonstrated little interest in my concerns. The only nice thing about Integrity Shred is that their rates are reasonable. Other than that, I'm taking my business elsewhere. read more

What an awesome experience. Fast, professional and efficient. You arrive and minutes later you are watching your confidential documents shredded to oblivion on a video camera placed inside the truck. It's kinda cool to have the confidence those documents will not be used by identity theft scoundrels. I paid $8 for each banker box I had in my truck. An incredible bargain if you had to spend hours shredding page by page yourself. I'll be recommending this place to all my friends. You should never underestimate your personal information in the hands of criminals. Knowing your documents are permanently gone is priceless!!! read more

I called for a quote and asked how much for a bankers box? I was told $20 for 2 and $8 for additional boxes. I brought 2 bankers boxes and one smaller box. After shredding I was charged $38 for 4 boxes. When I questioned why I was being charged for 4 boxes I was told it was because the third box was a different size. It was smaller! Had he told me I was going to be double charged for the smaller box I would have done it differently. Very unprofessional and obviously not interested in customer satisfaction. read more

I looked this company up for my important and confidential paper work to get shredded. They are very welcoming and happy to see it in a video going thru the shredder specially if its bank statements and other statements. I highly recommend this place and prices are reasonable. read more

I highly recommend this business! We were able to watch them shred roughly 12 years taxes in a short time for a reasonable price!

They had what I needed and they were very efficient and they invited me to watch the documents being shredded, the price was reasonable given several boxes of papers that I brought, I was very happy to find this and not too far from my home base. I would use them again if I had need. read more

I had a very short window of time to shred some important documents, and Integrity Shred totally came through for me, at what I thought was a very reasonable price. Drove up, shredded 7 boxes worth of tax returns, medical records and the like, drove away, we were done. Arranged it all with Eric, and he was very professional and a pleasure to work with. read more

I've used Integrity Shred twice now - both for the mobile shredding. The first time, I had forgotten a few boxes in a side office - and the guys brought the truck back and saved my bacon. The second time was a huge multi-year purge of sensitive files, and Eric was kind, gracious, and worked his butt off - and came in under his quote. I recommend Integrity Shred with no reservations. read more

I don't write reviews very often, but every once in awhile there is a company that makes you want to. We have used Integrity Shred for years at our business. They do great and professional work. But more than that, they have great customer service. Eric always has a smile on his face, and goes out of his way to make sure you are happy and pleased with the service you are getting. I know it may seem silly to write a review about great customer service of a shredding company, but these days, great customer service is VERY hard to find and those who still make the effort, deserve a little shout out!! read more

Special thanks for the virtually contactless service. Must be sure to remind myself that it is a a cash only business. Thanks for trusting me to run to the ATM!! read more

Not enough starts to give these guys. They have a huge truck and are in Marin 2x per month - every other Tuesday. They pulled in, let me watch them shred 20+ years of very sensitive documents and were so polite, nice and did all the heavy lifting. All with a smile on their face, a hand shake hello and good-bye and at a great price. Would highly recommend them and will use them again. read more

The guys at Integrity Shred helped me out even though I came in on a non-walk-in day. Very quick and efficient process, and with reasonable rates. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Would definitely use them again. read more

Called the company early this morning, not aware they are not in for drop offs on Mondays, BUT... They are going to around at 10:45 if I want to meet them. They were a few minutes late, BUT they walked up with a smile on their faces and both shook my hand. Brought over the bin..emptied my Honda of Years of documents. Filled the whole bin... Charged me $28 and shredded while I stood their and watched. A+++++++++ rating from me. read more

If you need documents shredded, this is the place. Everyone was so polite. All I had to do was open the trunk and they did the rest. The price was very reasonable.Felt so good to get rid of those 10 boxes. Highly Highly recommended read more

One of my favorite locally owned companies. Nice people whom I trust with sensitive documents that are no longer needed.

While I have used Integrity Shred for many years without a problem, for some reason this year they can't get their act together. They scheduled me more than a month out for mobile service (which was fine), but then they just didn't show up, no call. When I rescheduled for 2 weeks later, they called me the night before and said they would be here the next day between 9-11. It is now 11:45, no show again. This is not good customer service. I have other things to do than wait around for hours for the mobile shredder. read more

I had 10 boxes of documents that needed shredding. Some of these documents I had been packing around for over 20 years and thru 3 moves. What a waste of time, space & money (yes, I had a storage unit for much of that time). In less than 15 minutes from the time Integrity arrived, they were shredded right before my eyes and out of my life forever. Just do it, folks. It will make you feel better. And like Rocket R. said: Great Job -- Great Price -- Great Attitude read more

I really enjoyed working with these guys. I was surprised that they brought the shredder to me (I thought they would just pick up the boxes). The guys who came out were dealing with a REALLY difficult logistics problem and were so good-natured about the whole thing. They took care of business right there. I felt very well taken care of, and I will definitely recommend and rehire them again. AND THEY'RE LOCAL! read more

Integrity shred has my future shredding business. I stopped in on one of the walk in days. The man at the desk unloaded my car into container and asked if I wanted to watch the shredding. Shredding was fast, secure, and at an affordable price. Wonderful service! read more

These business is very customer focused and helpful. We didn't realize that they have certain shredding hours and were about to leave when the owner came out to the parking lot and picked up our shredding material so that they could be shredded later that day. What a nice feeling to have people that actually care about what they are doing. read more

I had sensitive documents to shred and had no idea how to go about finding someone to do the job. Then I found Eric, of Integrity Shred and made arrangements to have them come out to do the job. What a pleasure to do business with a company that has INTEGRITY! The 2 guys that showed up to do the job were pleasant and professional. I showed them what needed to be shred (25 banker's boxes) and they set to doing their job. About 25 minutes later the job was done. Very reasonable rate in my opinion. I will tell everyone about Integrity Shred and plan to use them again. read more

Eric sent his team out within 5 business days. They were friendly and professional. Moreover Eric made an exception to his standard procedures and shredded old wine labels that were adhered to wax paper. He clearly understood the priority we put on having these destroyed efficiently and thoroughly, and his was the only company that I contacted willing to do this on site. The labels had to been destroyed and bagged separately from the paper and his team was very game to make it work. Great price, great people, great service. We will call Integrity Shred in the future. read more

Seriously who writes reviews about a shredding company? Well, I do, for one. These guys are great. They are inexpensive (way way way cheaper than the UPS service I used previously), they never grumble even when it is raining hard and you want to watch your shredding happening before your eyes (who can resist that as an afternoon's entertainment?). They are easy to find and great to use. I recommend if you are taking your own stuff and wanting to watch it being shredded then check their recommended times first so their truck is there when you get there. read more

Above and beyond for my needs. Greg helped me with a very important document. Getting it just right!

I used this company for the first time today. I called them on Friday for a big shredding job and they were able to fit me into the schedule today. They are a local company which is nice as well. They even came out to our storage unit to do the job. I also felt that they were very inexpensive as well. I would recommend every time. Thank you so much! read more

Very easy to work with, responded to e-mail bid request same day. Made appointment that worked for me, right on time and very reasonable prices. I will definitely use them again. read more

Great shredding option. I had done my research as to the best value for cost and Integrity Shred is definitely the top choice for both price and convenience. I had dropped by with 4 very full boxes of sensitive office files. $28 for all 4 boxes vs.the price per pound at other retail locations. Be sure to check their website for the days and hours available for drop-off shredding. I was immediately greeted by two very kind gentlemen, they took a look at what I had to drop off and unloaded my car of everything into their bins. They had even offered to shred the documents in front of me while I waited so that I could be ensured that they were destroyed immediately. Great customer service and cost. Will definitely use them in the future and recommend to my business associates. Thank you Integrity Shred!!! read more
