Received a fast, prompt reply to my request, scheduled to pick up my piano the next day from the previous location, and moved it to the new location. Was on time, had it loaded in 10-15 minutes, and was off to the next location. Drop off was fast and efficient. You can tell that they have been doing this a very long time and did not outsource their work to "teams" who do bulk moving like I have seen others do. Once completed, provided some instructions on how to care for the piano, some things to do and not to do, and proved some contact information for someone to tune or provide any repairs. They also happened to be the cheapest quote I received and delivered it the fastest. Now, there are some things that some people will need to consider. Professional... yes. Fast and efficient... yes. Knowledgeable... yes. No nonsense... extreme. If you are not used to dealing with people who know exactly what to do and are no-nonsense, they will come off as being short or being rude. They aren't going to be the people who sugarcoat things or tell you something because you want to hear it. They are the type of people who will be straight up, honest, and tell you the things you NEED to hear and understand, even if you don't want to hear that, because they are dealing with YOUR very expensive instrument. Not only was this unprofessional, but he also wants to charge full price despite the mistakes made. I reached out to the company multiple times to have the issue corrected, but they missed two scheduled appointments. They claim to have sent confirmation emails, yet none were ever received. During our conversation, the technician even stated that he never wanted this job but had to do it because it was his family's business. He has since sent combative text messages regarding his own performance and is now demanding an additional $299 to come back and service the piano. If you want your piano serviced correctly and professionally, I'd strongly recommend looking for a different company.

I'd recommend them to anyone and their truck is big enough to move a decent sized home top to bottom! *first experience* I know choosing a moving company can be a bit of a "shot in the dark", and I actually found Texan Moving originally off of CL. I called up TM and spoke to Victor. I feel like I'm able to get a read on folks and whether they are professional and reliable. Victor laid everything out very clearly for me regarding the time and cost. He responded promptly to my text messages. He assured me that they've dealt with moving VERY heavy washers and dryers all of the time. Victor arrived at the location (5 minutes early) I specified to pick up a front load washer and dryer (200lb / 130lb respectively!). He and his partner wrapped them in blankets, disconnected them, continued to wrap them in plastic wrap thoroughly. I was very impressed. We then went to another location to grab a couch and entertainment center. We dropped everything off at my new place and they were able to go up a flight of stairs, as well as lift the dryer on top of my washer so that it could be installed stacked. These guys are professionals, fair, and communicative. Paying them was entirely worth it versus trying to move heavy stuff myself.

The door was not banged up, I saw some time after that it was, went to speak with them, they sent someone over that kept talking about how mathematically it was impossible. SMH. I paid these guys $1200 and they can't take responsibility for messing up a door? You can also see that someone else had the same problem. In addition, there are boxes missing. And they messed up my piano. My concentration was on the door, naturally, because I am renting and do not want to be responsible for it. As you can see from the pictures, the damage clearly is from a corner of the desk hitting the door.
