We recently purchased furniture from a high end manufacturer in NC. The furniture (two chairs, a loveseat and sofa) was shipped from the manufacturer to Integrity Movers in Scarborough. They had been retained to deliver the furniture from Scarborough to our residence in Portland (a distance of 8 miles). The charge was $700. Not only did they fail to explain that their quote was based on the value of the items being shipped, their quote also did not contain a notice required under federal law that in the event of damage to property, monetary compensation would be limited to $0.60 per pound, an amount far less than the value of furniture. No opportunity was provided to declare a higher value for the items being shipped and secure additional protection. That would not have been an issue if they had not been lazy, negligent, and unprofessional in handling the delivery. In particular the sofa, which was draped in thin plastic, was damaged as it was tipped off the back of the truck onto the street (it was raining at the time). I personally watched as the two delivery people pushed the sofa face down, on a small 4-wheel dolly rather than carry it to the door. When they reached our door, the arm that was face down was abraded, wet and dirty. When the sofa was inspected further, it was clear that two legs had been damaged and the back of the sofa was abraded and stained. The delivery men acknowledged that they had damaged the sofa, but later the owners would take no responsibility for the damage, and claimed the furniture arrived from the manufacturer with the damage. The manufacturer has photos taken prior to shipping that show no damage. "Integrity" Movers has been totally unresponsive to our claim, has denied responsibility, and refused to pay for cleaning, repair, or replacement of the damaged sofa. I would never recommend them for any type of delivery or move. read more

Unfortunately, leaving a king-size heavy mattress with an adjustable base in this manner resulted in my fractured finger and sleeping on a floor. Today is the day 16 post move. I'm unclear as to how/why insurance would be able to come in and assemble a bed that was disassembled by the team. I believe you are responsible for setting up furniture that was broken down and moved. Additionally, they were asset tagged and boxed by the team and not part of the boxes packed ahead of time. Insurance also doesn't explain your commitment to reassembling the bed with the parts, only to then ask to have my brothers handle this as it's too much time and money to send the team back down to finish the job. We found Integrity Movers easy to work with and very accommodating. The pack-up and move-out from Portland went flawless. We used them to store our belongings while we waited for a condo to be built in Wells. Moving in didn't go so well. They broke the marble top to an antique chest of drawers (a family heirloom). They damaged a 65" flat screen TV and it is now useless. Lots of dings and dents on smaller less expensive items. It cost almost $2,000 to replace the television. The marble top is priceless and can't be repaired. We received just $80 in compensation. The end result is that we found Integrity Movers to be careless and insulting. We won't use them again. If you choose to use them, take out insurance that covers anything of value. We are very disappointed. read more

This was our first time hiring professional movers so we didn't really know what to expect. The team was so kind, thorough and helpful! They showed up on time and finished early. We've moved! Wahooo! Integrity made this a less awful experience than a normal move... The guys showed up exactly on time, they were engageable and at every turn asked us our input. In the middle of the move the President, Pete, showed up to make sure things were going well which was above and beyond. Once we got to our destination, the guys moved along quickly, and were sure to check with us every step of the way to make sure things got placed appropriately. Our experience with Integrity Movers was nothing short of an absolute nightmare. We deeply regret hiring them for a residential move and caution anyone looking for honest, quality movers to look elsewhere immediately. They did not provide the services advertised, failed to bring enough labor to complete our job, could not pack boxes properly, provided a false estimate, and broke/damaged numerous items. Worse yet, when these issues were brought to the attention of the owner (Ken), the only remedy offered was to remove 90 minutes of labor. We have moved over 14 times before this experience (both with military and civilian and military movers) and have never before encountered this level of unprofessionalism in a moving company. Here are the facts: First, we were scheduled (by contract) to have two trucks and five movers on site for a two-day move. On day one, only two movers showed up with one truck at 11:30 instead of 9:30 as promised. This caused a negative ripple effect that delayed our entire move by a full day. An additional crew was brought in to help in the late afternoon of day one, but they clearly were not experienced residential movers. Because the crew was not able to complete the move in the allotted time with their inexperienced team, and due to the fact that they showed up late every day, they were not able to complete our move in two days. They left numerous items (basketball hoop, grill, artwork, porch furniture, items in the shed and garage, bedding, books) scattered throughout the property. They then charged us an additional $850 to return on a separate day to pick up these items, even though the items should have been included in the original move. Second, most of the crew was unprofessional and inexperienced. While on the clock, they took a football from our garage and engaged in a game of pass in our front yard instead of completing the packing we were paying them for. At one point I caught one of the movers reading from my teenage daughter's books to his friends instead of packing. They removed their shirts and dripped sweat over all our belongings. We discovered THC vape jules in our garage, which we can only assume (based on the smell of our property) were used while individuals were on the job. Most frustratingly, most of the crew did not know how to pack a box. Items from different rooms were thrown into the same box (lamps with underwear, a printer with two random shoes, books piled on top of two laptops that may have crushed the screens). The majority of these boxes included zero packing material, which resulted in numerous broken items and complete chaos when unpacking. Boxes were unlabeled and, when they arrived at our new house, we had to physically get into the truck, help open boxes, and try to direct some of them to appropriate rooms to assist a team lead who was completely overwhelmed. Furniture, mirrors, lamps, and pictures were dumped into the truck with zero packing materials or wrapping and completely destroyed. Some large boxes were packed with one item (e.g., a box of paper plates or napkins) and marked "glass" which was a complete waste of space and material. Third, we specifically hired Integrity Movers because they advertise the ability to effectively move pianos. They were unable to move a baby grand piano from our basement despite viewing the piano prior to the move and assuring us that they would be able to move it. In addition, they placed boxes on top of the piano and drug them across the top, effectively destroying the finish. Because they were unable to complete the move, the damaged piano had to be gifted to the new owners because there was not enough time to hire new movers before closing and no alternative, workable solutions were presented by Integrity Movers. Throughout the process, issues were communicated to the owner (Ken) and our estimator, neither of whom were helpful in resolving any issues. This move was an unmitigated disaster. If you are considering using this company, we would recommend throwing your belongings away and starting over - it would be cheaper and save you the headache of dealing with a company that clearly does not care about their customers. read more

I simply can't recommend this company for moving. Overall, the employees working were friendly / nice but not very strong or careful with our items. I mentioned this to the owner but it seemed shrugged off, another disappointment. I absolutely cringed when I saw our leather couch put onto their truck without any padding. I had to say something to the head crew member. I was happy to have to move over with. If someone asked me to recommend a local moving company, this would not be the one. The owner offered to come over and fix a gouge in the wall and some scuffs, which was nice, however I would expect anyone to fix damage they did. We planned for him to come by on Sun at 3pm but he never showed. He then rescheduled. He showed up and helped repair a gouge made by movers but didn't seem to have much empathy for my frustration. Update: Even if the owner did not hang up on me, he never reached back out to try to resolve the issue (he had my phone number as I'd been calling, trying to get a response from this company for weeks). His response that they performed the service for which they were contracted is LUDICROUS. They were hired to receive and deliver an expensive table. That it arrived damaged has nothing to do with them?! Integrity Movers signed the delivery receipt when the table arrived (to them) that it was in good condition. It wasn't when they delivered it. Either the trucking company damaged it (but Integrity negated any responsibility the trucking company would have by signing off on its condition) or they did in taking it to the client. Either way the responsibility is theirs. I'm taking them to court. I've notified the Better Business Bureau. I hope this review saves you from working with a company with NO INTEGRITY. read more

**Update: the owner of the company did reach out regarding our concerns and came to inspect the damage to the property and bring us some boxes. He still failed to be apologetic at all of how terrible the move was, seeming to think that coming in under budget in some way makes up for all the additional work that we had to do as a result, but did attempt to make things right in paying for the damages and bringing us some supplies. I truly hope this is a one-off for Integrity, as they have been quality in the past.** First, let me preface this by saying that this review is in no way a reflection of the two amazing movers that Integrity sent to our home. I have literally never seen two people work as hard as that two-man crew in my life. Therein lies my first issue with Integrity. We moved from a 2500 square foot 4-bedroom home to a 2500 square foot 4 bedroom home. We have a LOT of stuff (huge home gym, piano, giant dining room table, etc.) Integrity quoted us 11 hours of labor for a 4-man crew and two trucks. Much to our shock and dismay, on moving day, only two men and one truck showed up. The said the rest of the crew had unexpectedly called out that morning. We did everything we could to make the job easier on them - allowing them to back right up on the lawn to the front door, running out to grab them drinks and lunch, and even helping to move a few things once we got to the second location. Those guys worked like dogs the entire day. We called Integrity about 2 hours into the move to express our concern for them. Given that it was a 95 degree day with 100% humidity, we were honestly concerned for their welfare. Integrity told us they'd look into it and call us back. They never did. Therein lies my second issue with Integrity - communication. Aside from the lack of that call back, we also had a problem with the fact that we had initially had them quote for packing services. We contacted them several weeks before the move to say we decided to pack ourselves to save a bit of money. I had written confirmation that these services were cancelled. Much to my shock and dismay, I got a call on the scheduled packing day to confirm my address. Luckily Integrity hadn't put it on the paperwork for the crew, and I was able to tell them they weren't needed. Still I felt horrible that they may have been depending on that money and was confused why Integrity hadn't canceled them when I had let them know several weeks in advance. The last issue that I have is Integrity's supposed Covid protocol. Moving during a pandemic is especially stressful, but we were reassured that Integrity's quote had detailed guidelines for both the client and crew. It should have been a red flag to me that the quoting manager seemed wholely unable to keep his mask covering both his mouth and nose simultaneously when he came out, but since we had used Integrity multiple times in the past, we moved forward with them. Lo and behold on moving day, other than not coming to work if sick, none of the protocols were followed (gloves, masks, asking for designated bathroom, instructing them and them vacating the space). Due to the fact that it was a two man crew on the hottest day of the year, we didn't have the heart to force them to mask and glove up - but we as homeowners should not have been put in the position of policing that. We are truly saddened to have to write this review. Integrity has clearly gone dramatically downhill since we last used them in 2016. Hopefully this write up saves others like us some potential frustration, and also serves as a nudge for Integrity to live up to their name and get back to the good service they used to provide. read more

So I found Integrity Movers through Yelp - and the ratings were spot on. A small hiccup when I filled out the form due to personnel changes, but once I got with a real person (Dan), the process was great. I had "stuff" going to Northern Virginia and "stuff" going to Northern Maine along with "stuff" going to Catholic Charities thrift store. My estimate process went well, even with all of this uncertainty. I was offered a discount for the Northern Virginia trip as they already had a trip planned to North Carolina, and I jumped on it. This move went well until the collection in VA when Jim wasn't in synch with the deal that was offered, but he did the right thing and accepted what I said was the deal (and it was) and we left it at that. That's good service. A week later, Alex (crew leader), Brian and Bub (?) came to get the stuff to Ellsworth, and they were very efficient and loaded the truck quickly and were on their way. They were nice enough to bring down some furniture to the first floor that was going to a friend and charity. Delivery in Ellsworth was swift and my cousin (who met them) said they were a great team (I agree.) Overall price for the second move came out less as I had less stuff to pack, so I was pleased this was recalculated without any mention by me. Cannot recommend them at all. I used them upon recommendation from a friend. A. They showed up and asked me why I wasn't packed Duh I am paying you to pack me, an hour later back with packing materials. Didn't seem to get the concept of moving. Ie. does the area rug go. Yes Assured me they pack all unopened food, left a lot behind. Which I did not have time or room to take myself. Which is why I hired movers. B. Upon unloading my trash can (heavy duty steel trash can was dented in three places, clearly thrown several times. The movers were quick too quick for me check on what was done. I have a bad back and discovered they had not put my bed together (supports underneath) yes three weeks later. Answer you chose minimum ins and too late to fix bed. I would NEVER NEVER NEVER use Integrity Movers again. I am so regretful that I used them in the first place. We were doing a local move and they came to the house to give an estimate by looking at how much stuff we had. I gathered three quotes for moving and Integrity Movers came in the lowest. When the moving day came, they sent fewer trucks and less people then they promised. The owner then tried to accuse me of acquiring more stuff then when he did the estimate. This was not true. Im fact we had less stuff than when he quoted us. The workers were very unprofessional. They dropped things, they complained, they broke things, and lost screws to furniture they took apart. The worst part was that they were holding my belongings for a period of time until we could move into our new place. During that time some of our belongings disappeared, including a very valuable ring that I had left in a box by accident. When the move-in day came they tried to cancel the move last minute. In addition they couldn't get it all done in one day because they didn't have enough moving staff. So many things arrived at our house broken. By the end of the move our couch did not show up. They said that it had gotten dirty in storage and that they were going to wash it for us. They showed up about a week later with our couch which was incredibly dirty and they hadn't washed it. Then in the end they tried to charge me double what the quote has been because again they said I had more stuff than I originally had in the house. This was a lie. The owner was nasty and threatening to me on the phone when trying to get this unwarranted extra money. He even hung up on me! It is ironic that they call themselves integrity movers. They have the least integrity I've ever seen. They are downright shady! Please, do not use them! As another reviewer said, "run screaming from them". I actually used these guys twice: neither time was great, one time was terrible. The first move, I was to receive a call an hour before the agreed upon time so I could meet them at my storage unit. They never called, so I called them to find out that "the guys were unloading the truck and would be leaving soon, and they'd give me a call back when they were on their way. Should be an hour or less." Two hours later, I called back and said "what the hell" to which I got "Weird, let me call my guys." I get a call 15 minutes later from the guys in the truck saying they were just arriving at my storage unit. The 15 minute drive to the move-in place took them an hour, where I waited wondering if they stopped for beers. From there on, it was uneventful. Second time was for my girlfriend's stuff, and this is where it _really_ went off the rails. Similar story in that she was waiting at her apartment for their arrival (also never having received that hour-ahead phone call). She called them and they gave the excuse "My guys went off the road and are digging the truck out. I'll call you back when I have an update." Two hours later, no update so she called back and they gave another excuse and "I'll let you know more when I know more." The start time was supposed to be 9am, and by 1:30pm we called them back and said "You know what, never mind. You dropped the ball." No apologies for negligence on their end, just "sorry it didn't work out." She and I rented a U-Haul and did it ourselves, which was satisfying and aggravating all at the same time. They're way, way too unreliable in that you need to babysit the entire thing from start to finish. I've moved from Maine to California and back twice, and never had experiences like this. Only 4 stars as I was expecting the crew at 8:45 and they arrived at 9:45. I received a call at 9:30 telling me the arrival time, only after I emailed to ask where they were. I'm a small business... If I am going to be more than 2 minutes later than promised, I call. But... Every other aspect was 5 star. From pre-planning, website submission request, phone/email followup, promptness of the quote, accuracy of the quote (they came in UNDER budget), and the professionalism of the two young guys working the job, all were excellent. Let me say that last point again: the crew on the job were so professional, careful, polite, considerate... could not have been better. The move was the estate of a recently deceased relative, so not the happiest of situations for me. I am grateful to these guys for their kindness. read more

I've used the folks at Integrity Movers for our last two office moves in 2014 and 2015. Their customer service is great. What won me over was Dan giving me a call to discuss quotes, based on my initial email. The other estimates were all extremely high. One company needed to come in and measure to just give us an estimate, to move only four small office spaces (3 desks, bookshelf, and give or take 5 - 6 boxes). Integrity got my booking within a couple hours and they've been great to work with the last two times. Their movers were friendly and helpful during the process. Everything fit on one truck and we were done moving in about 2 hours (four office spaces, 4 desks now, 12 or so monitors, computer towers, couch, bookshelf, and misc boxes). They even brought padding to wrap our monitors up in, which was a huge plus. They also gave us some tape! Great help. We'll be using Integrity Movers in the future and I highly suggest them if you're looking for movers in the Portland area! read more

Inclusion of a pre-move consult, where a staff member comes to your home to evaluate the items to be moved and determines likely move time, is a great touch. It gives the team realistic expectations and allows the customer to adequately plan and prepare for move day. The two men who conducted my move were polite and accommodating. They used great padding protection on my furniture and the walls/door jambs. However, they are smoking cigarettes on the job. Both my old and new HOA have strict no smoking policies, and further, I certainly had no desire to have my items smell of smoke. Just a heads up, the company starts billing you when they leave "the warehouse," not when they arrive. Additionally, despite the aforementioned pre-move consult, the truck they brought was too small to accommodate my large sleeper sofa, resulting in two trips being necessary to complete my move, bringing the cost up $200 above the original quote. Dan recognized my complaint here though, and compensated me for half an hour of time, which was appreciated. Overall, good company for a local move. read more

I had 25 beer size boxes to move and 4 area rugs (the biggest items I had). They charged me $886 to make this move less than 3 miles apart (pick up to destination). Less than 3 hours of work, as everything was so organized and ready to go. I've been meaning to write this review for a month and am finally getting around to it. I have written only a few Yelp reviews, but wanted to make the effort to give a big 'thumbs up' to the folks at Integrity. They really made our move from southern NH to coastal Maine go smoothly! The home inspector who examined our condo in Maine actually recommended Integrity, but have to admit that I chose them because their price was the best of the 3 quotes I received. Sometime when you select the lowest-cost vendor you end up regretting it, but in this case I have to say that Integrity was exemplary and a pleasure to deal with. Jim and everyone I spoke to at Integrity was consistently pleasant and responsive to y questions. Just before the move, I asked them to pick up some extra items at my wife's office and drop off some furniture at my son's apartment in nearby Portland, and they readily agreed to do so for a very nominal fee. All Jim's helpers were polite and careful with our belongings, and placed them exactly where we asked them to. I cannot speak highly enough about this business and the effort Jim puts into pleasing his customers. If all businesses were run this way, there would be no need for Yelp! or the BBB or Angie's List! read more

Our belongings looked as if they were just thrown into our storage unit. Most items that were packed, were not packed as professionally as thought they would be. We discovered a porcelain tea set was broken and we called Pat at Integrity Movers and he denied this. After moving our belongings out of storage, we found that there were several items missing such as a Cannon EOS Digital Camera, Photo Cards (3), 2 Antennas for hand scanners, 30 Channel Handheld Scanner, 35 MM camera in pouch, Portable Handheld tape recorder in a pouch and a never worn Seiko mens wrist watch blue face and silver wrist band in a blue box missing. We had the number of a mover who works for Integrity Movers and it was stated that he was going to advise his boss being Pat. We never received a call from Integrity Movers. We have had other moving companies prior to Integrity Movers and have never had anything stolen or broken. We would not recommend hiring Integrity Movers. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I emailed them and no one gotten back to me at all. They were 4hours late and kept complaining when they did get there. They don't have stable rates and when they give you the price on the phone it's far from accurate. They will charge you wayyyy more on the day of moving your stuff and will purposely move slow to make the pay higher. I even paid more to take down the TVs but they said they couldn't do it due to not having the right tools, but that was a lie and they kept the money. I hired another person to take down the TVs and they said the only thing they had to do was unscrew them down with the regular tools which they had. They also forgot to get things that I mentioned. $740 came out of my pocket that day. I suggest you stick with the moving companies that have stable rates and actually will put in work so it will not take that long just to get extra money out of you. My house is very small (850sq), so it wasn't much to get. They originally tried to get $1,200 out of me so be careful, do not recommend at all! read more

Here's what I sent to the owner: Jim, I'm not sure I understand your math. When I get an updated estimate from you guys a few days prior to the second part of the move [from warehouse to location] and I accounted for the amount I had paid already, the remainder was, with your new information, $530.00. I created a spreadsheet with the updated estimate and line items and have added your changes and I now show I still overpaid by $220.00. Storage as I was told was $100 because the storage was from 5/30 to 6/16. This was never changed on the first estimate or the updated estimate. I am still getting a final figure of $1,270 and I paid $1,490. Omitting the start of the move, this is what I have with your new information: Storage $100, loading truck at warehouse 2.5hrs, warehouse to site .75hrs, unloading truck 1hr, travel from site to warehouse .75hrs. Remember, I paid well over half when you guys picked up my stuff. This will be my last comment about this issue and I don't want a follow up call. This is my warning to others. I am unable to figure out the discrepancy. I had two estimates and the second estimate is what one would believe would be accurate and would only change due to anything that happened from the warehouse to house move. With your information, I still overpaid. I would expect that's what I went by as any consumer should do when they get an invoice with updated information. With what you have told me in person and on here, I still overpaid. read more

As anyone can imagine trying to schedule a move this winter was extremely challenging with all the snow and you guys were so accommodating on fitting us in when our move date had to be switched due to a storm. The guys showed up on time and were extremely nice and professional. They did the best they could to keep the mess from outside to inside to a minimum and moved all of our stuff efficiently and successfully....everything made it and nothing got broken! They fixed my screen door, (which they removed and took with them for several days) but they have not responded to my request to fix my furniture that they have damaged. Hardworking, flexible and great crew! Having to change the date of my move last minute due to the delay of completing my newly constructed home, Jim was able to squeeze me in even with their fully booked weekend. I appreciate the flexibility since we would have been left homeless and without a place for all our stuff. The movers themselves did a great job and were very careful with our furniture. They were a hardworking crew! However , customer service and communication here is lacking. There was no communication the morning of the move and the time changed by 3 hrs! The managers did not seem to think this was a big deal . We even had to call to get a ETA when the movers were already a half hour late. Some training in customer service here is recommended . If you do not mind waiting that day by several hours , maybe this company would be for you. read more

Integrity Movers got a very tough job done beautifully. I had a huge, heavy (beloved) armoire that had no hope of getting down our stairway. The Integrity team surveyed the situation, stepped back, put a plan together, and hoisted the armoire over the top of our second floor deck railing, into our yard and into their truck within minutes -- with not a single scratch on the armoire or on the deck. I'm not easily impressed, but I was simply blown away when I saw what this team accomplished. Absolutely amazing. Brilliant execution. In addition to getting the armoire up an extremely challenging curved stairway with tight (almost impossible) clearance and into its new space, the Integrity team proved they are top notch all around. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Jim the owner promised the world and didn't deliver. We have 17000.00 worth of damaged furniture and his crew are thieves. We are missing so many things. Furniture came not wrapped. Legs broken off chairs, a mattress that smells like urine. Jim's wife Tammy calls and says oops we under estimated and your weight is 4000 pounds more, Sorry. It was only corrected after I threatened to have the truck weighed before and after delivery with a threat of law suit where things corrected. Communication sucks. After speaking with Tammy telling her what an idiot Jim was, not knowing they are husband and wife, did I get a response from Jim. Jim lied and said he responded via email but there are none. Our furniture was delivered to our home 21 days LATE. We got sorry about We are now hiring an attorney and are planning to go after these liars with full vengeance. We just finished a very long loading day with this team. Jim and his crew were thoughtful about our house and the furniture and diligently packed all day long. Having moved all over the country with the U.S. Military, we have had a lot of experiences with movers, most of which were not stellar. I recently used integrity movers when I relocated about 3 miles to my current home. The furniture made it there in one piece. However, I was not happy with the particular movers I worked with. The first problem was when the lead mover used my bathroom, left the toilet seat up, didn't wash his hands and continued touching my belongings. We left the house at the same time to go to the new location and somehow they arrived 20 minutes after us. The men asked to take a break to catch their breath multiple times, which I was totally fine with because I understand their job is very physical. What I wasn't fine with was their break to "catch their breath" meant smoking a cigarette below my open windows. At the end of the move they tried to charge us for 6 hours when the move only took 4 hours and 45 min with 2 breaks. All this on top of tracking mud and grass through the house left a bad impression. read more

I organized a move for my aunt and contacted Integrity Movers. I initially appreciated their responsiveness and professionalism. Despite having a signed contract with Integrity Movers, they called to cancel a move from Maine to Florida ONE WEEK prior to the move. Their excuse was that another customer had canceled their move so it no longer made sense for them. I'd be very careful about using them as they may cancel at any time and I would consider this company very unreliable. We relied on them for a cross country move and they let us down sorely by canceling - especially so close to the actual move date. I was surprised by their seeming lack of concern by leaving us in the lurch despite having a formal contract for the move. BE VERY WARY OF USING THIS COMPANY! read more

Two young men moved a lovely antique bed into my home from the consignment store. They were well mannered and very careful with the bed. I was more than happy with their work. I would definitely call them again should I need a mover. read more

Experienced a great move with Integrity Movers. They made everything so simple for me! It started with accommodating my last minute request on a Wednesday or Thursday to move on a Sunday. I put in the request through Yelp, and received a response over email within the half hour. I believe it was Dan, the owner, who called me that evening and discussed the move with me and provided a quote based on my needs. We scheduled it and it went very smoothly. The movers were very quick and nice and the cost came in under the quote, and was very reasonable. (I accidentally left a pretty large tip - way above average, never using professional movers - so that increased the cost, but that was my own fault for not doing my research first!) After trying to work with very unresponsive big companies, this was such a relief and I would definitely work with them. My move wasn't the most complicated, but it was still nice to feel like I didn't have to do much, except pack up boxes. read more

For the most part, we had no problem with the actual service we received from Integrity. The workers that moved us out of our old house and into our new house were very polite and respectful. Where we did have a problem was with the time it took them to move us into our new house. We were told that the move into the new house which be much faster then the move out of the hold house. It turned out that the opposite was true, it took way longer to move us into out new house, then it did to move us out of our old house. This resulted in a final cost that was $1000 over the original estimate! Interestingly enough the estimate on the move out was guaranteed, and that timing was pretty dead on. However, the estimate on the move in wasn't guaranteed and that is what took way more time then was estimated, and which cost us an extra $1000. We brought our concerns to the owner and in the end he reimbursed roughly $100. This is obviously not an outcome I was satisfied with and is why I am writing this review. Be careful trusting the "estimate" on the move into your new place. read more

It's all too convenient that you can reply and that's the end of the conversation, as only one review can be written. But as Brandon's girlfriend, who you completely failed to move, I can still leave one. The day that I moved there was no storm. Historical weather information proves this: there was no storm that day (January 8th). It was partly cloudy with a high of 49. Brandon was slightly wrong, however. I was never told I'd get a call before 9am. That was the agreed upon start time though. Either way you never showed up. You called me once in the 4-hour span between when you were supposed to start and when I told you never mind, and there was definitely no apology. These reviews are for other potential customers, not for you to reply defensively on every negative review. For future customers, please read the complaints below and don't skip the "39 other reviews not currently recommended" to get a full picture of this company (lots and lots of fake posts). The issues others have had are consistent with my moving day, and this company clearly cares more about image than actual integrity. read more
