I called Integrity because I needed three house doors re-rekeyed because a week ago I had hired another company and when they left, there were several problems (lock installed upside down, screw fell out of door handle and others) He was able to come out the same day. He quickly finished the job and corrected all the problems. It cost less than half of the price of the previous company. He was personal, professional and honest. We just moved into a new house and needed to have the locks re-keyed. We called a few locksmiths around Valencia for quotes and Phil's from Integrity was the lowest, so we decided to go with him. First off, he is very nice and professional! I had to turn away a previous locksmith that acted like he just walked out of prison. Phil Came out the following day, ON TIME and changed the locks I needed. He saved me a couple bucks on a repair I thought I needed but he showed me didn't need to go.
