Estate Sale Shopping is one of my favorite things to do. I have been going to Estate Sales here in San Diego for over 15 years. There are definitely companies out there that go above and beyond for their clients and customers. I am a Navy Veteran and INTEGRITY is my kind of language. Integrity First Sales has always owned up to their name in my experiences. They sold me my first treasure probably eight years ago in Poway. I will never forget it, a Lionel Ritchie sweater vest. I purposefully follow their Facebook and Instagram pages for all their upcoming sales. When you get out to one of their estate sales, it is a fun experience. There is always a treasure to be found. I love how they set up the homes with such respect for the owner. Their sales are always clean. Music is always playing. They go so far as to provide treats in case of a sugar dive from all the excitement. Out of all the sales I have been to over the years, I have never seen such lines form to get in at opening. I have made friendships with their repeat customers. I have gotten several of my friends addicted to their sales as well. Sorry not sorry. Diana, Teri, Judy, and Carlene are always hardworking and full of spunk, just a fun small women owned business to be around and support. They have earned every five star review. They are diligent about the marketing and social media side of the house. It is top notch. The presentation of merchandise is impeccable. Selling the contents of a home in three days is not a small task. They balance the client and customer experience with the utmost professionalism. Their knowledge of the true market value of goods is unmatched. Years of experience in sales and education in antiquities put them above the rest. Estate Sale shopping has become it's own culture and Integrity First Sales is the top Estate Sale Company in San Diego. Everybody knows their name. Just go to one of their sales. You will not be disappointed. read more

We had an exceptional experience with Diana, Teri, and Antonia from Integrity First Estate Sales, and Rachelle and Cecilia from She Sells Seashells Estate Services, from start to finish. They quickly and accurately assessed the scope of our complex estate and handled every aspect of the sale with professionalism and precision. The property included a 1.8-acre estate with two homes, a garage, a basement, a shed, and a 1,000-square-foot warehouse. They evaluated every area, created a thorough plan to maximize value, and ensured a safe, clean environment for shoppers. Their team spent 10 full days preparing both on-site and behind the scenes, and the transformation was remarkable. They staged everything with exceptional attention to detail, making the property look like a beautifully curated antique store, and continually refreshed the presentation as items sold. Their marketing was equally impressive, with national and local promotion and individual photography for items. The result was outstanding turnout--over 1,500 people attended the four-day sale. Shout-out to Liz for greeting and registering everyone, Everett and Izzy for helping with large items and parking, and Nona Judy for additional cashier services. They also did an excellent job tailoring the sale to our needs, successfully organizing, pricing and marketing household furnishings, jewelry, antiques, and our extensive clothing business inventory. The entire team was personable, friendly, and kind, and they made what could have been an overwhelming process feel seamless. If you are looking for an estate sales team that is organized, hardworking, creative, and committed to outstanding results, we highly recommend both teams. They exceeded our expectations in every way, and we are extremely grateful. Kenneth Brown and Margie Duggan Bridgette Duggan and Thomas McKenna read more

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Integrity First Estate Sales! From start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional. As a women-owned and operated business, they brought a level of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail that truly stood out. The pricing was fair and thoughtful throughout the sale, making it enjoyable for both serious collectors and casual shoppers as well. What impressed me most was their creative approach to displaying items. Everything was beautifully arranged, easy to browse, and presented in a way that highlighted the unique character of each piece. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Judy the cashier was efficient, personable, and kept things moving smoothly, even during busy periods. The jewelry clerk deserves special recognition for handling a large crowd with remarkable finesse. She remained patient, knowledgeable, and organized while helping multiple customers at once, creating a pleasant experience for everyone. It's clear this team takes great pride in what they do. Their professionalism, expertise, and genuine customer service transformed what could have been a hectic estate sale into a well-run and enjoyable event. I look forward to attending many more of their sales and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a first-class estate sale experience. A truly outstanding team that sets the standard for how estate sales should be run. read more

Wow I started the process of my mothers estate with calling the top five people in the estate sales business. Only two responded the first day and the other three responded over the next weeks. Integrity First was in the house the day I called them! I have personally been in sales my whole life and I was blown away by their enthusiasm, concern, and unique business plan for selling this estate. It was three days to get ready and three days to sell. Their marketing was fun and compelling. The day of the sale my spies told me the house was packed. I know it must've been because I received a call three minutes after the closing of the sales on the first day with their total of $40,000 plus. Packed again the next day and packed the third day. I was a few states away but never in need of information or anxious. At the end I was given a total over the phone, promised a check written as soon as the banks open and overnighted. Being in real estate for the last 40 years all I can say is I wish I had met them earlier. My mother would've been proud to see what her possessions went for and I feel like a good son who took care of everything without a hitch. Get in touch with these ladies if you want an experience they will exceed your expectations. - Walter. read more

I had contacted Integrity First Sales to discuss a potential estate sales. Diana replied within a couple of hours and we scheduled for an on-site visit. Diana & associates (family) came by and did an assessment of things I had at home and set my expectation. Also Diana was very honest about how many items she would expect to sell and what to do with the remaining items. Integrity First Sales is not a one-stop shop as that would appear to have conflict of interests (i.e. they would get the remaining, unsold items for free to sell further). Once agreed, Diana took the key and the rest was history. They did an awesome job laying out the items to entice sales. Diana would keep me updated on the set up and sales progress. The only recommendation I would advise is to ask Diana how much ($) they would expect to sell from the Estate Sales as telling me after doesn't actually do much. I'm also thankful that they recommended a different party (Enrique) to take up the rest of the unsold items so that I wouldn't need to worry about them. All in all, it took about 2 weeks from beginning to end to clean out the entire house and made some $ out of it. Highly recommend this team for Estate Sales. read more

We enjoyed working with Integrity First Sales for our Mom's estate, which was in a small house, but was packed with art and antiques. Diana was able to fit the sale date into a time frame that worked for us. The sale advertisements were well done and the written descriptions of the sale were intriguing. Our Mom, who is in hospice care, was very pleased with the the way the sale was presented. Nearly a hundred high quality photos were posted and drew a large crowd of buyers on the day of the sale. The staging inside this crowded house was excellent. We were not able to attend, but several of my Mom's caregivers came to the sale, and although they had to wait in line due to the number of buyers, they all said the sale was well run and they were impressed with the set-up. Although Integrity does not do post-sale clean out, Diana helped us find someone to take care this too. Closing an estate is a traumatic process, and Integrity made the sale part of it as straightforward and organized as we could have hoped. Communications were excellent. We would highly recommend Integrity, especially for estates with ethnic art and antiques. Thanks Diana and Teri for running this sale. read more

This team is amazing! We had planned an estate sale when my mother-in-law was very ill. She was leaving her home that she had lived in for 30 years and was going to assisted living. My in-laws were, honestly, hoarders of collectibles and antiques, clothes, dishes. The idea of going through the house was very overwhelming, as we were still caring for my mother-in-law. Diana and Teri were so knowledgeable, caring, patient and understanding. They waited as we changed the date a couple of times. The house was filled to the brim and quite a mess. But these ladies organized, cleaned, labeled, researched, priced and beautifully displayed every last thing in the house. It was truly incredible. We completely trusted them with access to the house even when we weren't there. And they earned and deserved that trust. On top of all that, the sale was so successful! We earned way more than expected, and they did their very best to sell almost all of the household items. The communication was so good too. They texted and called with all the updates. You will not find a better team. Hire them or shop their sales. They are definitely top-notch! read more

Diana and Teri of Integrity First Sales were fantastic! I was not sure the small estate I was dealing with was worth the effort of an estate sales company. I live outside of CA I needed assistance clearing out a small condo. Diana and Teri came out the same day I called and did a walk through of the condo. They pointed out all of the artwork. They knew the artists and value immediately. I am a skeptic, so I didn't put a lot of faith in the numbers they were quoting me. However, after the first day of sales I was blown away by how much they sold and the amounts they got for everything. We had a line out the door all day. Diana, Teri and their staff were amazing. They kept in constant contact, answered all our questions and did a truly amazing job! I cannot recommend them enough. read more

FANTASTIC! I needed to liquidate my mom's estate and I live in Texas. I only had 2 weeks to get everything arranged. My mom had so so so much of everything! I was overwhelmed and in a panic. I called Diana and Teri practically in tears. They told me to breathe and that everything would be okay. They came out the next day to assess the situation and to my surprise they didn't run for the hills when they saw what I was dealing with! In fact, I think they were kind of excited! Anyway, 3 weeks later everything was sold and the sales were AWESOME and I didn't have a nervous breakdown! Use Integrity First Sales - they are the absolute BEST!!!!! read more

Are used integrity first for my mom's estate in Rancho Santa Fe. Before I met them I interviewed three different companies. That all told me I had between $25-$30,000 of merchandise Integrity first spent two hours appraising the merchandise told us we had between 40 and $50,000 worth of merchandise. We decided to give them a shot and we were shocked at the end of the sale when they sold $52,000. They are family run, professional, and they know their stuff inside and out. I would highly recommend them! They did an amazing job and got us top dollar. Moving is hard so when you find people like them to make the process easy is a true blessing. Even while out of state house hunting, they sold 95% of all the home items we where going to leave behind. They even coordinated the removal / donation of the other items. Bottom line is we sold 95% of our items and the home was 100% cleaned out and ready for the new owners to move in. if you are moving, remodeling or starting over I would make them you first call. read more
