Estate Sale Shopping is one of my favorite things to do. I have been going to Estate Sales here in San Diego for over 15 years. There are definitely companies out there that go above and beyond for their clients and customers. I am a Navy Veteran and INTEGRITY is my kind of language. Integrity First Sales has always owned up to their name in my experiences. They sold me my first treasure probably eight years ago in Poway. I will never forget it, a Lionel Ritchie sweater vest. I purposefully follow their Facebook and Instagram pages for all their upcoming sales. When you get out to one of their estate sales, it is a fun experience. There is always a treasure to be found. I love how they set up the homes with such respect for the owner. Their sales are always clean. Music is always playing. They go so far as to provide treats in case of a sugar dive from all the excitement. Out of all the sales I have been to over the years, I have never seen such lines form to get in at opening. I have made friendships with their repeat customers. I have gotten several of my friends addicted to their sales as well. Sorry not sorry. Diana, Teri, Judy, and Carlene are always hardworking and full of spunk, just a fun small women owned business to be around and support. They have earned every five star review. They are diligent about the marketing and social media side of the house. It is top notch. The presentation of merchandise is impeccable. Selling the contents of a home in three days is not a small task. They balance the client and customer experience with the utmost professionalism. Their knowledge of the true market value of goods is unmatched. Years of experience in sales and education in antiquities put them above the rest. I ha​d contacted Integrity First Sales to discuss a potential estate sales. Diana replied within a couple of hours and we scheduled for an on-site visit. Diana & associates (family) came by and did an assessment of things​ I had at home and set my expectation. Also Diana was very honest about how many items she would expect to sell and what to do with the remaining items. Integrity First Sales is not a one-stop shop as that would appear to have conflict of interests (i.e. they would get the remaining, unsold items for free to sell further). Once agreed, Diana took the key and the rest was history. They did an awesome job laying ou​t the items to entice sales. Diana would keep me updated on the set up and sales progress. The only recommendation I would advise is to ask Diana how much ($) they ​would expect to sell from the Estate Sales as telling me after doesn't actually do much. I'm also thankful that they recommended a different party (Enrique) to take up the rest of the unsold items so that I wouldn't need to worry about them. All in all, it took about 2 weeks from beginning to end to clean out the entire house and made some $ out of it. Highly recommend this team for Estate Sales. read more

This team is amazing! We had planned an estate sale when my mother-in-law was very ill. She was leaving her home that she had lived in for 30 years and was going to assisted living. My in-laws were, honestly, hoarders of collectibles and antiques, clothes, dishes. The idea of going through the house was very overwhelming, as we were still caring for my mother-in-law. Diana and Teri were so knowledgeable, caring, patient and understanding. They waited as we changed the date a couple of times. The house was filled to the brim and quite a mess. But these ladies organized, cleaned, labeled, researched, priced and beautifully displayed every last thing in the house. It was truly incredible. We completely trusted them with access to the house even when we weren't there. And they earned and deserved that trust. On top of all that, the sale was so successful! We earned way more than expected, and they did their very best to sell almost all of the household items. The communication was so good too. They texted and called with all the updates. Diana and Teri of Integrity First Sales were fantastic! I was not sure the small estate I was dealing with was worth the effort of an estate sales company. I live outside of CA I needed assistance clearing out a small condo. Diana and Teri came out the same day I called and did a walk through of the condo. They pointed out all of the artwork. They knew the artists and value immediately. I am a skeptic, so I didn't put a lot of faith in the numbers they were quoting me. However, after the first day of sales I was blown away by how much they sold and the amounts they got for everything. We had a line out the door all day. Diana, Teri and their staff were amazing. FANTASTIC! I needed to liquidate my mom's estate and I live in Texas. I only had 2 weeks to get everything arranged. My mom had so so so much of everything! I was overwhelmed and in a panic. I called Diana and Teri practically in tears. They told me to breathe and that everything would be okay. They came out the next day to assess the situation and to my surprise they didn't run for the hills when they saw what I was dealing with! In fact, I think they were kind of excited! Are used integrity first for my mom's estate in Rancho Santa Fe. Before I met them I interviewed three different companies. That all told me I had between $25-$30,000 of merchandise Integrity first spent two hours appraising the merchandise told us we had between 40 and $50,000 worth of merchandise. I would highly recommend them! They did an amazing job and got us top dollar. Moving is hard so when you find people like them to make the process easy is a true blessing. Even while out of state house hunting, they sold 95% of all the home items we where going to leave behind. They even coordinated the removal / donation of the other items.
