The most FUN, PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, CLEAN, estate company to work with but most importantly, the prices are amazing. Being raised in this type of business myself, this company makes you feel like family. Terri, Diana, and Judy are THE QUEENS. They are hilarious to boot!! These gals work SOOO HARD for their clients and just as hard for their customers making EVERYONE happy!! read more

Integrity First Sales - Integrity First has amazing fun sales! - Estate Liquidation Near Me - Carlsbad, California

My mother recently passed away and myself and my two siblings live out of state .. we had no idea what she had so we called 4 estate sale companies to asses the contents. Integrity was by far the most professional and knew everything about my Mothers possesions especially the art , jewlery and collectables. They also asses the job to be around 40k in sales and the other companies came in at 25k.. we picked integrity and in three days they turned the house into Nordstroms and did 42,500 in sales.. We were all blown away. Teri and Diana are professional, and have a huge following of customers. I attended day 2 and there was a line of 50 people dying to get in... thanks again girls!!!!! read more

If there were 10 stars to give I'd still want to give more!! I grew up going to estate sales but with these girls its a whole different level! These sales are beautfully done! Product display, price, customer service, merchandise thats incredible..... Full disclosure I had to remove myself from their sales because I was running out of money. When your house is only 500sq foot you kinda run out of places to decorate... Thank god I own a salon! My boyfriend and I are planning on redecorating and remodeling his place and are going with a retro/mid century modern theme.. HOLY MOTHER LOAD!! If you haven't checked out their instagram..Do it; you wont be disappointed! Looks like I'll be driving all over town gathering goods again! Happy Hunting read more

Best experience! Exceeded expectations! I needed to do a big estate sale and earn a lot of money and had never worked with professional company before. I searched online and saw their five star Yelp reviews and reached out. They were incredibly responsive and came to do a site visit and we're spot on on all the prices. They were incredible on how they staged the house and priced my furniture, art and collectibles at very high prices. What I was most impressed was was by their incredible social media marketing and the very loyal and big following of customers they have. They we're very communicative with me on the days of the sale and asking me about discounting prices. They sold out and paid me quickly. You would be lucky to work with these two beautiful and brilliant sisters, Teri and Diana! read more

Integrity First Sales - The crowd outside before the 8 AM open of the estate sale - Estate Liquidation Near Me - Carlsbad, California

After the first estate sale folks cancelled their contract because they were overwhelmed - we contacted Teri & Diana to handle the estate sale for my parents. My mother was a hoarder - before they got there we had taken 18 construction dumpsters away. (Just giving you an idea of the size of this). This didn't phase these ladies. Teri and Diana moved in and were organized, quick, and thorough. The net proceeds for this one were over the top and trust me, they worked HARD for everything. They are amazingly honest. Terrific to work with. I can't say enough good things about them! read more

I give Integrity First Sales a Five Star rating, Their Events are amazing!!!! The quality of the items are top notched, and the prices are very reasonable... My wife and I always look forward at going to their sales, to see what treasures we can find and take home.. read more

We hired Diana to handle an estate sale for a listing of ours. She organized house cleaners for us to get the home prepped for the two day sale. Her marketing brought in enough buyers to exceed my client's expectations. If you're a realtor looking for an estate sale liquidator call Diana's team you won't be disappointed. She even gathered names and numbers of interested buyers in the property. Thank you for everything Diana. We'll be referring you at every opportunity. read more

Diana and Teri are an amazing team! The first day they came to set up for the sale, I didn't think it was possible to go through all the boxes of stuff in only 3 or 4 days. But.......THEY DID IT! My house was transformed into a beautifully merchandised and organized "shop" by professionals. The best part is that they exceeded their goal of how much we would sell! I have already recommended Integrity First Sales to friends and will continue going forward. Diana and Teri not only bring their expertise, they have a large following of customers, work quickly and efficiently and do it all with positive energy. Thank you for a fabulous job! read more

Diana and Teri are so energetic and positive, you wouldn't want anyone else to handle your estate sale. They are extremely knowledgeable and have a huge following. They are guaranteed to get you the best outcome. Be aware that it takes some time to plan and set up the estate sale. Diana and Teri are pretty booked, so contact them as early as possible! Unfortunately, we ended up donating everything because we had to sell the house very quickly, but we were set to hire Integrity First Sales if we hadn't. Diana was so sweet and understanding that we took a different route. I will definitely be a customer at one of their next estate sales! read more

I have been to a few sales by Integrity and some of the most positive parts are they do quality versus quantity sales. Absolutely amazing!!! The ladies were absolutely incredible, efficient, and so reliable! I highly recommend them!

Went to my first sale and met Terry and Diana. They were so nice! The house was huge and had so many amazing items. I found some great vintage plates and some beautiful vintage turquoise jewelry pieces. I'm totally hooked on estate sales now. Can't wait for the next sale! read more

Teri and Diana handled a huge estate sale for me. They worked tirelessly to price and display items throughout the house and patio. I felt the pricing was quite fair. During the sale they brought in extra people including Judy who was the best cashier that I've seen in years and years. The team is fabulous, professional, caring, listened to me, and made sure that I got reasonable prices for my pieces and that their loyal clientele were also treated well and felt good about their purchases. The income was definitely above what I had expected. After the sale, they helped me locate someone to dispose of items, and stuck around to help me put the house back together. It was a pleasure to work with them and I recommend them without reservation. Thank you Teri, Diana, and Judy. You made a tremendous and overwhelming process seem easy. I could not be happier. I had to share my experience with Integrity First Estate Sales. Diana and her crew were absolutely amazing! Their communication skills were above and beyond! Their staging was superb!!! So much so I wanted to buy some of my own stuff! Their work ethic is excellent, they never stop working!!! And their following of people that attended was shocking!!! They sold 98% of all my stuff and at the right price too! I would recommend this company to anyone having an estate sale .... they are truly wonderful people and are second to none! read more

Stars!!! That describes Diana and Teri, sisters and co-owners of Integrity First Sales. They were gifts to help me accomplish a very special sale of my Mom's estate collections in way that she would have loved. It was a logistically difficult estate sale, the first in the gated La Jolla community, and Diana finessed every detail. The staging was gorgeous and mirrored my Mom's gallery business, using her business tags. As my Mom was an artist/interior designer, I was over the moon that they captured this quality in artful staging. The estate sale set up was efficient and detail oriented (Teri knows her prices) and the sale days personally (not delegated) and professionally handled. The passionate sister vibe is wonderful and symbiotic. Together, they created a "happening" with artful marketing/ staging, loyal estate sale followers and their own business joy. As other reviewers have commented, do not waste time - I met in person with/interviewed all of the top Googled estate sale companies in San Diego County including auctioneers and liquidators, this spanning several years before I was able to find "the match". All the signs were there with Teri and Diana, and they became very special friends in the process. read more

I have never given a review on Yelp so this will be my first one. I am recommending Integrity First Sales. I have been to several of their estate sales, and I have never been disappointed. Their prices are very reasonable and the items at their sales are great and sometimes unique and one-of-a-kind. This a family company with 2 sisters and their mother handling most all of the aspects of the sales. They have regular buyers that are greeted with smiles and hugs when they arrive. They have goodies at the door for all to enjoy. I use a cane, and they are continually asking me if I am OK and can they help me particularly when there are stairs at the sales. Going to their sales is like being a part of their family. I have also had people at their sales telling me how wonderful they are. I totally recommend Integrity First Sales for anyone needing an estate sales company or anyone who is looking for great items to purchase. read more

Its really hard to go wrong when dealing with Integrity First. We deal with a lot of estate sale companies as buyers and its really as simple as saying that these ladies set the standard. Happy to have them as a resource and always look forward to when we can work together. read more

I go to estate sales often as I am addicted to buying re-purposed and "used" antiques and collectibles-especially vintage tea sets! These girls are always amazing and they treat all of their customers with respect even if you are buying a $2 kitchen item! Their prices are always great and they are even willing to work with you on certain things! They are always busy and always trying to patiently explain their pricing structure-for example I wanted a tea set that I found somewhere else on line for $25 LESS than they had it priced and when I showed Teri, she changed the price to $30 less instantly! I am in my 20's so I can only spend a certain amount which is why I LOVE going to their sales first!!!! Can't wait for their next one! Thanks so much you guys!!!! read more

They were not able to help me, because I didn't have a place for them to have the sale, everything from the estate I needed to downsize was driven 1000 miles from another state and in storage. But they did provide me with a number to someone that could possibly help. So at least they were helpful in that manner. read more

These ladies are AMAZING. With literally decades of experience, their sales are always filled with the best treasures!! I never pass up an opportunity to go see them because I might miss something- and their prices are spot on so I always feel like I'm getting a deal. These ladies are so good at what they do!! If you're looking to do an estate sale, choose them! I was more than satisfied with our sale. They have quite a following of shoppers! And they're split & contract definitely is more fair than most. read more

These ladies are AH-mazing! The energy between the two of them is un-matched! The way they made our dad's "stuff" look appealing was awesome and very much appreciated. The contacts they have and the marketing they do, well, let's just say there's a reason we didn't try and tackle this ourselves. They had an awesome turnout and they gave us the name of a young man we could hire to come in afterwards and haul everything away that didn't sell. Enrique was a workhouse and within two days our dad's house, garage and yard were empty and swept up. We couldn't believe how he did it, mostly by himself, he had a woman for part of each day helping but he did most of the back breaking work. The price he charged was ridiculously cheap so I gave him a bonus as we were extremely grateful. All in all, a fantastic experience! My husband and I will be preparing our house to go on the market within the next six months and we will be hiring Diana and Teri, along with Enrique again, without hesitation! read more

Diana, Terri, and their Sweet Momma are the best in the business. I'm a vintage/antique junkie estate shopper for about 20 plus years. These girls know their merchandise and values of items they are selling. The price point is always spot on. I go to other company sales and sometimes they are overpriced. No matter where in town Integrity First has a sale, I'm there! It's so nice to be welcomed and these women work so hard for their customers and are so upbeat and professional. Not to mention the cool finds. I'll be a loyal customer forever! Thanks for also being so patient with my mom when I bring her along too! Hope to see you at a sale soon! read more

I have attended many estate sales hosted by Integrity First. When standing in line waiting for their sales to start, one will hear nothing but GREAT THINGS people say about these ladies! They are aways on time. You are greeted by a super friendly staff once the door is opened. Everything is organized and immaculate. These gals post the greatest photos of the estate items with great captions. Every sale is like a fun event. Once you meet them, you feel like you have known them forever. Business built on trust and relationships is the only way you will get loyal customers that will come back forever. Count me in! read more

Integrity First is totally the "crème de la crème" of estate liquidation. Each sale that I have been to has always been staged so beautifully and there is a high level of cleanliness in each home! So many estate sales have a certain "icky" feeling, but I have always been impressed with how well kept each home is during a sale. The prices are extremely reasonable and the staff is friendly, personable, and accommodating! I try to never miss one of their sales! read more

Very unprofessional staff. Was given a price of $20 for a used vhs tape at the checkout table and when I said I wanted to pass on it, was asked to go and put the movies back inside the house. After I did not put the movies back, I was then insulted by the staff member multiple times. Very rude and unprofessional. Also they do not follow covid guidlines. There was probably 50 people inside the house at once. I have been to a lot of estate sales and never have I been disrespected by somebody running the sale like I was today. They advertise themselves as having great hospitality but they are far from it. read more

We selected Integrity First Estate Sales to help us with selling items from my Mother's home in Oceanside. Teri and Diana were wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. They are honest, straight forward and hard working. They gave us a realistic quote for anticipated proceeds and a very fair 65/35 split in writing. Their staging of items was truly impressive...The house was left in immaculate condition afterwards and they even referred us to Enrique to assist with clearing out items which did not sell after the sale. This family owned and operated business is the real deal. They are incredibly good at what they do...I can't say enough good things about Integrity First. read more
