We were so impressed with our experience with Caring Transitions. My Mother-in-Law spent a lifetime…read morecollecting items and treasures, filling her 3-bedroom condo to the brim. When a rare and aggressive cancer took her far too soon, we found ourselves with broken hearts and a full house. Feeling completely overwhelmed, we turned to Caring Transitions at the recommendation of a friend. THANK GOODNESS a service like this exists! We signed up for an estate sale, an online auction, and the subsequent clearing of the home with Luis. After setting aside sentimental items in a closet, we turned over the rest of the home to the team. Our goal wasn't to make a large profit, but simply to cover expenses and clear out her home in a respectful way. From the moment the crew stepped in, I could tell we were in good hands. Every member was wonderful, and Ray was the true superstar. She led the team throughout the process, always being the first to arrive and the last to leave, ensuring everything was sorted into lots and carefully handled. You could tell that the team truly enjoyed their work and wanted to respect the memory of the home they were clearing. After weeks of dealing with health insurance hurdles, medical bills, and arranging affairs, this team was a breath of fresh air. We were so grateful to see their jewelry expert, Karen, carefully sorting through each piece to find its value. Team members regularly commented on beautiful and unique pieces they came across, like depression glass or interesting furniture, which made us feel happy to hear as we could tell they appreciated her things. They ran the entire operation like a well-oiled machine. I truly feel that my Mother-in-law would have befriended this crew if she were here. Ray and the team were professional, kind, and thoughtful throughout. They accomplished in days what would have taken us months on our own. In a time that was exceedingly difficult, Caring Transitions was there for us, and for that, I will be eternally grateful. Highly recommend!

They checked in with me throughout the process to make sure everything was going smoothly, and their communication was excellent. The workers were amazing. I'm grateful for everything they did and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs help during a life transition.

What really sets them apart, though, is their communication. They actually respond to questions via text and are always friendly, helpful, and easy to reach. That might sound like a small thing, but anyone who regularly goes to estate sales knows how many companies simply don't respond to messages at all! Teri and Diana make everything so easy. And on top of being professional and organized, they are just SO much fun! They're warm, welcoming, friendly, and always seem happy to see you. There's such a great atmosphere at their sales, and you can tell they genuinely care about both their clients and their customers. I imagine running estate sales is very difficult when the public are competitive or just plain rude and they interact with people with such grace. Bravo! I'm always happy when I see that Integrity First is running a sale because I know it will be organized, clearly priced, easy to communicate about, and there will definitely be quality items! Teri and Diana are an absolute pleasure to deal with. I can't recommend Integrity First Sales highly enough. Five stars all the way!

I've attended estate sales from a lot of the major estate sale companies throughout San Diego,…read moreOrange County, and Los Angeles, and Integrity First Sales has become my favorite. As a shopper, it's easy to see why their sales stand out: warm welcomes, genuine enthusiasm for each sale, fair pricing, beautiful staging, great photography and social media, and a fun environment that makes people want to come back. I've been on both sides of the estate sale process -- as a shopper, and also helping deal with a family estate -- and I can honestly say I would recommend them both to families looking for someone trustworthy to handle a sale and shoppers looking for beautiful, interesting finds. I've been going to their sales for over a year now, probably at least a dozen of them, and I've spent many thousands of dollars there on everything from antiques and collectibles to things I just needed around the house. Diana and Teri are sisters and co-owners, and their family is involved too -- their mom Judith and Teri's daughter Antonia. It really does feel like a family-run business in the best way. They are warm, hardworking, organized, honest, and very good at what they do. Their pricing is fair, and the environment is fun to shop. They do price some of the more unique or high-quality items on the higher side at first, but that makes sense to me. Those pieces deserve a chance to bring a strong price, especially on day one, and like most estate sales, pricing may be adjusted later if something hasn't sold. One of the things I love most is that they seem to care about the story behind the home. When it makes sense, they honor the person who lived there and collected those things over a lifetime. That part really matters to me. Their sales can get very busy, and I've personally watched them deal with big crowds, pressure, and people who are not always behaving well. They still manage to keep things moving, keep it fair, and keep the mood fun. Honestly, "grace under pressure" is the phrase that comes to mind because that is how they all are. I especially want to mention Antonia because I've seen her at the jewelry counter many times, and that is probably one of the most intense spots at any estate sale. People can get pushy and competitive around jewelry and valuables. I've always seen her be firm, organized, fair, and kind, even when customers were clearly out of line. There is a difference between being rude and holding boundaries in a chaotic environment. Another thing worth mentioning is that they have a great reputation. I hear good things about them not just from shoppers, but even from people who work in the estate sale world, which says a lot. Whether you are hiring someone to run a sale or just shopping their sales, I think Integrity First Sales is one of the best. They have earned my trust, my repeat business, and my enthusiastic recommendation.

From the meticulous and careful attention they…read morepaid to every item for sale, to the research done on pricing, to the communication and engagement throughout the process ... Every step was an exercise in how to manage a customer and overdeliver. The sale itself they executed surprisingly well considering the strong headwinds generated by an obstructive HOA that tried to sabotage the sale at every turn. They sold so many things that I was convinced would not sell, and, the post sale service continued to surpass expectations. They delivered a highly itemized accounting of every item sold and I was able to deposit the proceeds from the sale within days as opposed to the weeks they technically had to deliver them. My last thought is about trust. An estate company has to inherently be trustworthy because there are so many ways that an unscrupulous one could take advantage. I had lost an item before the sale that I asked them to keep an eye out for. The item was rare and worth a considerable sum. A less honest company or team could have easily found it and kept it, as I had essentially chalked it up lost. Instead, I found it nearly tucked away for me to find when I returned. A death in the family left us with a house that needed to be cleared out. Our real estate agent…read morereferred us to a couple estate sale companies, including Grason's. After a very unprofessional phone conversation with the first company, we called Grason's and spoke to Nick, who said his associate Marcus would call us to give us all the details. Marcus called back shortly and couldn't have been more helpful. We arranged to meet him at the house, and after a thorough walk thru it was determined that an estate sale would be appropriate - it would be on the smaller side, but Marcus thought we would come out ahead. Marcus helped us with the contract details, did another thorough inspection of the items, took pictures, and set up a great listing on their website. The following week was our estate sale, and Marcus and his crew did an amazing job organizing everything. From the beginning we were concerned as to whether or not we would end up making any money on the sale, but after seeing everything organized and displayed we were more confident. The first day of the sale was slow...a second day had already been scheduled, but Marcus said he would be willing to run the sale for a third day if necessary. As it turned out, almost everything sold on the second day. The little bit that was left was taken away by Marcus and his crew, and the home was left neat and clean. I can't say enough about the level of professionalism and customer care that I saw from Marcus. He was there at every step, answering every question patiently. After the sale he personally delivered some of the furniture that had been purchased, and seemed just as happy as we were to learn that we had made a nice profit. The few glitches that arose before/during/after the sale were handled calmly and professionally by Marcus. He made a "difficult" situation easy to deal with...and for that I will be eternally grateful. Thank you Marcus, for a job well done!!!

ABSOLUTELY I WOULD RECOMMEND…read more We met with three different estate sale companies. The first two were sketchy at best. They both offered to take a 3,000sf house full of antiques, art, crystal, china, designer clothes & shoes, furniture etc off our hands and leave the house "broom clean" for an out of pocket cost of over $2,000! Haul my stuff away and then go sell it on eBay was my first thought. To say the least I was reluctant to meet with the third party, Quality Estate Sales. Boy was I surprised! Boris, the owner came thru the house with compassion and integrity looking at every item and did not focus on just the more valuable ones. Dealing with Boris and his crew was like dealing with my best friend. The way they came into the home and tenderly handled so many of the things we had treasured, cleaned them (the glassware and silver pieces) and set up beautiful organized displays truly touched my heart. I can not say enough about this quality, respectful, company. We ended up making money and not being out of pocket. Please, call Boris. Do not call those fancy hyped up ads with false reviews. Quality Estate Sales is the real deal! Besides getting the job down in a well organized way, Boris also guarded our emotional attachment as we said goodbye to so many memorable items our parents had collected through the years. Thank you Boris and thank you to your entire crew!
