I absolutely love Sandy's, she is amazing and her stuff is super friendly. Her prices are equally amazing and I feel like I get good quality items for a good price especially she's able to negotiate she feels fit. They are super organized, and I recommend them highly for shopping and also using as your own estate liquidators. read more

I love Sandy's estate sales! She does lovely homes, her staff is gracious and her pricing is fair and gets better each day!! I have found treasures!! read more

A disappointing experience to say the least. Accounting of items sold and for what was not provided. No accountability for owners to know what their individual possessions sold for. No requests for actual accounting were honored. Attitude needs serious improvement. However her workers were lovely. Respectfulness of owners knowledge of their items authenticity and value. Honesty instead of over promising and under delivering. Too high a percentage 50% when marketing of sale was lacking. I had to do my own marketing after very low turn out the first day, when items were valued at the highest. Living up to commitments. Getting whiplash from broken commitments after sale. Feeling bullied when trying to discuss pricing. Specific home damage verified by experts acknowledged then retracing then acknowledging then retracting again. Undervaluing of certain merchandise. Lack of knowledge of values of higher end items. More of a crock pot type garage sale liquidator. Not appropriate for high end or valuables. After claiming all the big LA and SD antique dealers would show up. They did not. Left my place a mess. read more

I have recommended Sandy's Estate Liquidators to anyone needing someone to handle their estate sale. They are organized, thorough, fair and efficient. I feel confident they will always do a great job. read more

Would give zero stars if that was an option. Sandy is short with her customers and she gets down right rude. I feel bad for the homeowner who hired her as Sandy loses people who are willing to purchase items. Will never again visit an estate sale where she is involved. read more

I have been going to estate sales for over 20 years and have finally found one that makes me feel like I'm welcome everytime. They are very professional and each sale I've been to I've come home with some kind of treasure. The sales team is very helpful and understanding whenever I've needed help with an item. I was very happy to see them all wearing masks and creating an environment that practiced social distancing these past few weeks. Even though I had to wait before going in longer then usual, I know they cared more about their customer's health then the bottom dollar. I would recommend Sandy's to anyone that needs their professional services as a client or customer. The great experiences keep me coming back sale after sale... in search of my next amazing treasure. read more

Sandy's estate liquidators is the the easiest and best estate sale company I have ever dealt with. Their signage was so well done, Kelly, Sandy, Claire, Carol and all the other wonderful employees were so helpful and kind. Thank you for all your help. We will always shop your sales read more

We haven't done business with Sandy's yet, but I called and Sandy spoke with me for quite a while. She was extremely helpful. She listened patiently to me give her a quick summary of the personal property in my mom's estate, and then gave me lots of helpful information on how to assess the value of what we have, the services she offers, and how she could help us find individual buyers for specific high-value items if we decide not to proceed with an in-home sale. Once we assess whether my brother wants to do an in-home sale and whether we have enough value to justify one, we will definitely give Sandy another call as she was very knowledgeable, helpful and generous with her time. read more

I'll start by saying that our realtors highly recommended Sandy's Estate Liquidators to us but I had already met Sandy a few years back while we were both filling up our vehicles at a local gas station. I had the pleasure of chatting with her briefly and asked her for a business card because I knew the day would come when we would be in need her services. This was something that would be far too emotional to do by ourselves. We needed Sandy to help us navigate through this stressful and difficult time. And help us she did, that's an understatement really. Sandy and her delightful team went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that my sister and I fully understood what was transpiring prior, during, and after our estate sale. Sandy and her team came into our home, they were respectful, friendly, courteous and professional. Our estate sale was a success, my sister and I were very pleased and satisfied with the results. After our estate sale some of Sandy's team stopped by to help me get the house in cleaned up and in order so we could move forward with selling our home. They did an awesome job and now we are ready to move on. Thank you Sandy and your outstanding team for making this a positive experience. read more

First estate sale and loved it! Walked right into one of my favorite types of bookcases and Kelly was fantastic about loading it in for me and making sure everything was safe and secure. Can't wait to go to another! read more

This estate sale always has very nice things but all of the employees are rude. They overpriced everything at sales and then when you offer a used price they turn into snobs and are completely rude. For instance a picture frame I have a picture of was $4 when it was bought in a store the original price is still on it and they haven't marked for $5 and then got very rude and short when I offered $1 today. I was going to buy all of the frames at $1 each. But instead I was told how much they're worth. This is day 3 of the sale and they still have them so obviously not worth that much to several people. They have a 5 year old smart TV and I offered $150 and once again was told that it was worth so much. Well guess what I googled it in front of her and the same brand, same size was only $250 BRAND NEW at the store with a warranty. I much prefer timeless estate sales the employees are not rude and they are reasonable and not expect brand new store prices or above for USED items. This place does not care about selling things for the client but to make herself money. I have been told flat out they'll just sell it to a wholesale distributor if it does not sale at the price they want. Keep in mind these items are USED NOT NEW NO WARRANTY. But we are expected to pay prices as if we were at a designer show room purchasing them read more

Sandy's Estate Liquidators - Estate Liquidation Near Me - Fallbrook, California

We never miss one of Sandy's sales. The homes are always clean, well organized, and every item is priced, unlike many other sales we have attended. The staff is always welcoming and helpful, ready to answer any questions we might have. We always look forward to seeing Kelly's smiling face and friendly greeting. Sandy is definitely one of the best if not the number one estate sale company in North San Diego County! read more

Wildly overpriced. I suspect they are overpricing items they want to keep for resale- I sure hope they are paying their clients what they priced the items at during the sale for anything they keep, but you know they're not. I overheard someone trying to negotiate a slightly better deal on an overpriced purse and I heard the employee (maybe Sandy?) tell her no, that she 'knows what it's worth.' Well, if it hasn't sold by the third day of the sale, it's not worth what you're asking! And you bet she's taking that item at the end of the day and reselling it. It's really sad to see companies take advantage of people when they're dealing with the death of a loved one. A liquidator's job is to get as much sold as possible in 2-3 days at reasonable prices, that's clearly not their goal. Yikes. read more

My large house is full of antiques and very nice classic pieces from Sandy's Estate Sales. I feel that everything was very reasonably priced and marked down even more the next day. Sandy is charming and has even tried on women's jackets for me so I could send a pic to my wife for her opinion. And Kelly is the biggest reason a keep going back. She's loaded everything from dinette sets to grandfather clocks into my truck and jeep. Super sweet and helpful. read more

Kelly at Sandy's was helpful. I was impressed with how organized and clear she was with the sales numbers. I got a printed itemized receipt. First time! read more

With the trying times of Covid! I am really appreciative that Sandy's estate sale is caring for all of us shoppers to keep us safe and following all the Covid rules. I was met by friendly and professional employees who were beyond helpful! The organized products and cleanliness of Sandy's sales are always a pleasure to shop at. The pricing is very reasonable and fair. I always look forward to the next sale! I would recommend Sandy and her team if you are ever in need of an estate sale! read more

Kelly is absolutely AMAZING! Incredibly helpful and the prices are all all fair. Very organized and signs are easy to follow. The process is simple and convenient and I will certainly be returning for another sale! read more

I absolutely love going to Sandy's estate sales. She and her team are professionals. There are no surprises. Items are organized, clearly priced, and consistent. Her staff is very attentive to shoppers' needs; they go the extra mile to find out more info about a product and do what they need to do to make the customer happy. They all seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs. We've gone to other sales that claim they are estate sales, but they're nothing more than a disorganized mess, and you have to ask how much everything is. I check estate sale listings every week. If Sandy is having one, I'm going! read more

Kelly is extremely brash and off putting. I avoid any SANDYS estate sale because of her. One time I bought a bottle of shampoo that I picked up from the bathroom-she saw me holding it and said "oh you found my shampoo. I was hiding that." WHAT????? It was sitting on the bathroom counter with a price on it. It's not just what she says- she has a rude tone. You'll know who she is as soon as you walk in. I won't be back. read more

Rocking sales!!! Friendly fair efficient staff! They work hard to put on good sales! Yay!

I have enjoyed Sandy's Estate sales so much these past four years, I began working for her! I have witnessed her professional demeanor, integrity, caring heart over and over again. She has been in business for 8 years serving the community she lives in and loves. The staff and I also live in Fallbrook and have taught and enjoyed our clients and customers for years. I have read some complaints about staff I hold an MA degree, have been live scanned and fingerprinted and taught in this community since 1989, I know that Sandy is extremely careful in whom she hires and goes to great lengths to train us in confidentiality and correct inventory methods, receipts and customer service. I see Sandy go above and beyond to assist clients and customers with their questions, needs, etc. She is about family and caring. Her sales are high quality with excellent ads on estatesales.net and signs that make finding us easy.I highly recommend using Sandy's Estate Sales if you are looking to down size, have a death in the family, or are liquidating or relocating. read more

Sandy and her team were professional, friendly and efficient from start to finish. I needed to liquidate my parents' very large estate. It was an overwhelming task since my parents had accumulated 65 years worth of furniture, household items, and hundreds of paintings, expensive glassware, and other decorative items. Sandy was sensitive at every step to the emotional aspect of selling my parents' belongings. First Sandy appraised everything in the home. It took several days to price and display everything. She held an invitation only estate sale and sold a majority of the estate furniture, decor and household items over two days. It was well organized and the security was excellent. Finally, Sandy sent a large crew from a local charity to pick up the remaining items. I highly recommend Sandy's Estate Sale Liquidations. read more

I found having an estate sale extremely difficult. It was an emotional experience selling my late wife belongings. Luckily I found Sandy's Estate Liquidators. Sandy was supportive and professional at the same time. She conducted an exemplary sale, working with the neighbors and my HOA. The sale lasted three days with five days of prep. Every employee I encountered was polite, professional and hard working. It was a far greater undertaking than I had imagined. They exceeded expectations and the sale was a great success. I hardly recommend this company and its staff. read more

BE WARNED BY MY EXPERIENCE! I drove 15 miles to look at a table and FOUR matching chairs as shown in a photograph in the listing for today's estate sale. When I got there, I discovered the table with only two chairs. When I inquired, I was told they had thrown away the other two chairs because they were damaged. Did they think to take down the image of the table with four chairs? No. Did they think to put the words "only two chairs available" on the uploaded image? No. Did they think to take a new picture of the table with only two chairs? No. In fact, the listing STILL shows the table with four chairs. Because it's SO much easier to make a customer drive 30 miles round trip to look at something they DON'T have for sale than to be responsible when constructing the listing. ALWAYS take Sandy's listings with a grain of salt. My advice is to always call ahead of time to ask if the item in their listing photograph actually exists. In my case, it didn't. read more

Went to an estate sale in Fallbrook today put my name on the list and they are letting people who came after me. When I questioned it they were rude and disrespectful. They were very Unorganized and did not practice safety standards with safe distance. While we are waiting in the hot sun they did offer us a cool refreshment that was flat and bad to the taste. Would not recommend Sandy's estate liquidators. read more

Called her a 1/2 dozen times from her online ad on estatesales.net and left her a specific message regarding a vehicle she advertised for sale. Her voice mail says "you are very important to us...we will return calls within 24 hrs"...bunch of BS. Never heard from back from her.... read more
