I do not spend money or support local when I'm not treated with basic curiosity. Shame on you as a local business for not engaging customers who went out of their way to shop with you and not treat them the way you would want to be treated. Upon reading other unhappy reviews I see I am not the only one that feels this way. I also question the positive reviews because they seem to be for the connected store not their store. This store is out of the way even if you live in Vista. It was not worth the trip, will be not be back and definitely not recommending them. They also keep the guys in mind if you need something for the male figure in your life. It's a quaint shop but plenty to look at without it feeling crowded in the store. We just couldn't decide between two sofas on display. Unfortunately, our experience with one of the sales associates, Sara, was very disappointing. She repeatedly asked if we had made a decision, which made us feel rushed and pressured rather than welcomed and helped. As we were leaving, I smiled, waved, and said goodbye to her, but she completely ignored me and turned her head away. I found that extremely discourteous and unnecessary. When we first arrived, we were also immediately told that we couldn't stay long because of construction and that we needed to be out by 9:00 p.m. I understand that stores have construction and closing procedures, but the way it was communicated felt very abrupt. We came back with our family because we were genuinely interested in purchasing furniture. Unfortunately, the customer service we received left a very negative impression and ultimately took away from what should have been a positive shopping experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously.
