What really sets them apart, though, is their communication. They actually respond to questions via text and are always friendly, helpful, and easy to reach. That might sound like a small thing, but anyone who regularly goes to estate sales knows how many companies simply don't respond to messages at all! Teri and Diana make everything so easy. And on top of being professional and organized, they are just SO much fun! They're warm, welcoming, friendly, and always seem happy to see you. There's such a great atmosphere at their sales, and you can tell they genuinely care about both their clients and their customers. I imagine running estate sales is very difficult when the public are competitive or just plain rude and they interact with people with such grace. Bravo! I'm always happy when I see that Integrity First is running a sale because I know it will be organized, clearly priced, easy to communicate about, and there will definitely be quality items! Teri and Diana are an absolute pleasure to deal with. I can't recommend Integrity First Sales highly enough. Five stars all the way!

I've attended estate sales from a lot of the major estate sale companies throughout San Diego,…read moreOrange County, and Los Angeles, and Integrity First Sales has become my favorite. As a shopper, it's easy to see why their sales stand out: warm welcomes, genuine enthusiasm for each sale, fair pricing, beautiful staging, great photography and social media, and a fun environment that makes people want to come back. I've been on both sides of the estate sale process -- as a shopper, and also helping deal with a family estate -- and I can honestly say I would recommend them both to families looking for someone trustworthy to handle a sale and shoppers looking for beautiful, interesting finds. I've been going to their sales for over a year now, probably at least a dozen of them, and I've spent many thousands of dollars there on everything from antiques and collectibles to things I just needed around the house. Diana and Teri are sisters and co-owners, and their family is involved too -- their mom Judith and Teri's daughter Antonia. It really does feel like a family-run business in the best way. They are warm, hardworking, organized, honest, and very good at what they do. Their pricing is fair, and the environment is fun to shop. They do price some of the more unique or high-quality items on the higher side at first, but that makes sense to me. Those pieces deserve a chance to bring a strong price, especially on day one, and like most estate sales, pricing may be adjusted later if something hasn't sold. One of the things I love most is that they seem to care about the story behind the home. When it makes sense, they honor the person who lived there and collected those things over a lifetime. That part really matters to me. Their sales can get very busy, and I've personally watched them deal with big crowds, pressure, and people who are not always behaving well. They still manage to keep things moving, keep it fair, and keep the mood fun. Honestly, "grace under pressure" is the phrase that comes to mind because that is how they all are. I especially want to mention Antonia because I've seen her at the jewelry counter many times, and that is probably one of the most intense spots at any estate sale. People can get pushy and competitive around jewelry and valuables. I've always seen her be firm, organized, fair, and kind, even when customers were clearly out of line. There is a difference between being rude and holding boundaries in a chaotic environment. Another thing worth mentioning is that they have a great reputation. I hear good things about them not just from shoppers, but even from people who work in the estate sale world, which says a lot. Whether you are hiring someone to run a sale or just shopping their sales, I think Integrity First Sales is one of the best. They have earned my trust, my repeat business, and my enthusiastic recommendation.

When a rare and aggressive cancer took her far too soon, we found ourselves with broken hearts and a full house. Feeling completely overwhelmed, we turned to Caring Transitions at the recommendation of a friend. THANK GOODNESS a service like this exists! We signed up for an estate sale, an online auction, and the subsequent clearing of the home with Luis. After setting aside sentimental items in a closet, we turned over the rest of the home to the team. Our goal wasn't to make a large profit, but simply to cover expenses and clear out her home in a respectful way. From the moment the crew stepped in, I could tell we were in good hands. Every member was wonderful, and Ray was the true superstar. She led the team throughout the process, always being the first to arrive and the last to leave, ensuring everything was sorted into lots and carefully handled. You could tell that the team truly enjoyed their work and wanted to respect the memory of the home they were clearing. After weeks of dealing with health insurance hurdles, medical bills, and arranging affairs, this team was a breath of fresh air. We were so grateful to see their jewelry expert, Karen, carefully sorting through each piece to find its value. Team members regularly commented on beautiful and unique pieces they came across, like depression glass or interesting furniture, which made us feel happy to hear as we could tell they appreciated her things. They ran the entire operation like a well-oiled machine. I truly feel that my Mother-in-law would have befriended this crew if she were here. Ray and the team were professional, kind, and thoughtful throughout. They accomplished in days what would have taken us months on our own. In a time that was exceedingly difficult, Caring Transitions was there for us, and for that, I will be eternally grateful. Highly recommend!

Carol took good advantage of getting the Rancho Santa Fe location into her on-line advertising, which generated thousands of "hits" on her website right from the beginning. Carol has access to workers to move heavy items, right up to others taking care of items we donated. Her people receiving funds for the sales were organized in recording purchases and providing receipts for the buyer and us. She worked out the car parking, a challenge for the good size crowds. Lots of people but no chaos whatsoever. It's clear Carol has a large following of trusting buyers. She was able to sell odd items that we thought would be almost impossible to sell. Carol's personality is extremely pleasing but, at the same time, she ran a tight ship. There was a sense everything was always under control.
