When you're making such a large investment in a new home, you want to know everything that is going right AND anything that may be wrong. Preston took his time with us, explained the entire process, and made sure we felt included every step of the way. After the inspection, Preston personally called us and walked us through their findings. He provided pictures and videos showing exactly what they found and clearly explained why certain things needed attention. Since neither of us are inspectors, that level of explanation and communication meant so much to us. We truly felt like we were part of the team throughout the entire process. We're extremely grateful for Preston's honesty, knowledge, recommendations, and attention to detail. He even offered to come back after the builder completes the repairs to make sure the items they identified were properly addressed. Way to go, Kingdom Inspections!
