When you're making such a large investment in a new home, you want to know everything that is going right AND anything that may be wrong. Preston took his time with us, explained the entire process, and made sure we felt included every step of the way. After the inspection, Preston personally called us and walked us through their findings. He provided pictures and videos showing exactly what they found and clearly explained why certain things needed attention. Since neither of us are inspectors, that level of explanation and communication meant so much to us. We truly felt like we were part of the team throughout the entire process. We're extremely grateful for Preston's honesty, knowledge, recommendations, and attention to detail. He even offered to come back after the builder completes the repairs to make sure the items they identified were properly addressed. Way to go, Kingdom Inspections! We could not have done this without you guys. Thank you, Preston and team, for giving us greater confidence and peace of mind about our new home. We highly recommend Kingdom Inspections!

It helped tremendously and we were able to purchase our home and we decided to go ahead and get a new roof upon closing on the house. The experience was wonderful. Hartland corp was very accommodating with our schedule, very professional, efficient, and the roof looks beautiful and works like a charm. The quality and color fo the shingles are fantasti, the warranty programs are great and our HOA was very happy to approve the work and with the results. 100% recommend Stephen Edwards and his crew!
