What I appreciated was that he paid attention to detail, especially on areas that needed it the most. There were some particular areas that were delicate, so he made sure to not use any pressure from the machine and hand washed it instead. I also asked to remove two medium sized trash on the roof, which he did, and then some. I didn't know, but the roof was littered with more trash than I expected. He went ahead and took care of that too. On top of that, his team cleaned all of the vent pipe covers because he saw that they were dirty. Good customer service. Called before and after the job. Seamless process and super friendly guy. The bid was a little higher than some others, but sometimes it's hard to find good help that you can trust.

It started with Robert, the owner; Dolen, the head supervisor; and Dolen's amazing wife, Aleisha, who handled and expedited the paperwork thoroughly and accurately--and, in my opinion, made Dolen look even better! Then came the outstanding field team: Luis, Euriel, and Luis. Yes, they sent two Luises--apparently to make the experience twice as good! From beginning to end, everyone was personable while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Even while completing other projects, they kept me informed about scheduling, progress, and what to expect. There was no fluff, no pushy salesmanship, and no chasing them down for answers. They responded promptly and did exactly what they said they would do. The installation itself was impressive. Their three-man field team completed the entire job within just several hours while operating like a well-oiled machine. These gentlemen were truly smoooooth operators! After an initial delay caused by a previous job running long, Jay showed up and got straight to…read morework. He quickly replaced a broken T-coupler and rerouted the standing pipe so that it was fixed to the side of the house, eliminating future issues. He also installed a secondary cut-off valve for the main line that is much easier to operate than the one on the street maintained by the water supply company. He also came inside and replaced a malfunctioning toilet float without hesitation. As well, he readily provided his wisdom to answer questions about other water issues.
