They installed my present A/C and heating system and provided a service policy calling for two checkups per year. Their techs were always polite, well dressed and appeared efficient. The last time the technician told me the ultraviolet light was missing and management would allow him to replace it for approximately $160. As Integrity sold the unit to me, installed it, and were providing semiannual inspections and services they were responsible for any missing items. The tech suggested the previous guy had taken the part as he was known for doing so. They refused to take responsibility and make the necessary corrections. I called the A/C unit manufacturer to get an idea of the cost of an ultraviolet light and was told my unit did not have one. Live, learn, and be careful. I called Integrity at approximately 2pm and explained that I had water dripping from my overflow from the ac unit that they had installed about 2 weeks prior. I was told that would dispatch someone immediately. A technician named Ace showed up about 30 minutes later. ( 30 Minutes! ) He leveled the overflow pan and 15 minutes later the problem was solved. I can not believe that it was done less than an hour after my phone call! Ace was great and this experience proves that this company really cares about it's customers. Thank you Integrity! Where to begin? Integrity Comfort Solutions really needs to drop the name integrity as I don't think anyone in that company knows what that word means. I have done business with this company on several occasions & for the most part I thought they were fair. Even when they burnt holes in my wall with their torch & didn't tell me, I let that go as I am in the same sort of business (electrical contractor) & chalked it up to mistakes happen. Although, Integrity didn't even try to make it right, I let it go. My grandmother who lives on the same property decided she needed a new central air unit. I said call Integrity they'll treat you right. That was a mistake. They convinced my grandmother to by a $12000.00 heat pump & really didn't explain what she was buying. The way we found out was it was making a lot more condensation then a normal unit so I asked her to call Integrity & ask. She was surprised to learn that she had in fact been taken advantage of by Integrity. She didn't know what she was buying. What a shame! Taking advantage of a senior citizen like that. I needed additional AC work done to my unit but was reluctant to call Integrity & didn't at first but decided to see what they'd charge to fix the things that should've been caught the first time. They sent out a service advisor, Ron Dixon. When he arrived he started telling me fishing stories right out of the truck. After what seemed like an hour I finally got him to come inside to look at my unit but not before he regaled my wife with the same stories he just told me. Luckily I wasn't paying for this. Ron came up with a plan to alter the area my AC fits in & told me I'm going to give you a deal. This is normally a 4500.00 job but I'll do it for you for 2500.00. I told him sure lets do it. He got ready to leave saying he'd get back with me & then went into more fishing stories. The next day he texts me at work saying he needed my credit card number so he could get the "accounting Nazis " off his back. I said to him you never mentioned that the job would have to be paid for up front. This is really starting to sound like a scam. I told him that's not the way I do business & your company has never in the past wanted payment up front. he wrote back i'm just following orders. I said no I won't pay up front & he said we'll put your job on hold. At that point I'd had enough from this low life scaming company & told them to cancel the job. He yes sir. The General Manager was supposed to call me but never did. I will never use the company again. Now just a few words to the wise. This company is filled with unscrupulous characters who will try to beat you out of your money if they get a chance. Give your business to some that cares about the impression they make on people. read more

Had a system installed by Integrity 3 years ago and maintained maintenance contract. An electrician voiced concern about the circuit breaker size in the breaker box. Called then out to check breaker size and look at a bedroom that was 5-8F cooler than the rest of the house. They arrived and told me they are not qualified to touch breakers. Good news was the breaker was correct size. As far as the bedroom being cooler the tech just shrugged his shoulders, looked at his phone and advised me my service contract had expired 2 weeks ago and he was charging $89.00 service call for doing absolutely nothing. Or I could renew my contract and they would wave the service charge. Paid the charge and invited him to leave. They might have gotten their $89.00 but they lost a customer. read more

Integrity's faulty installation caused damages to my home and they need to take responsibility for the repairs. I purchased two new A/C systems for my two story home in December from Integrity. They replaced both outside units and removed both units in the attic and reworked my ducts. Myself and my husband are the only people living in the home so the upstairs unit has been turned off since it was installed. On Saturday, March 9th I turned on the upstairs A/C for the first time since I was relocating our personal items upstairs due to an upcoming remodel of the master bathroom. On Sunday morning I was in my closet on the first floor when I noticed water leaking from the ceiling. The water was leaking through my office wall into my closet and coming out a hole in the ceiling and the light fixture. By the time the leak was found the office ceiling was completely soaked through and sheetrock had fallen onto my desk unit which sustained water damage. My husband and myself checked all the upstairs faucets and toilets and then proceeded to check the water heater and A/C drain pans in the attic but couldn't find anything. On Monday, I contacted the contractor that was going to start our bathroom remodel and told him about the leak. The contractor came out on Monday, March 11th and located the leak after removing sheetrock in the office and the upstairs vanity. The leak was traced to a pvc pipe for the A/C unit in the attic. The pipe was in between rafters, wrapped and buried by insulation so the leak wasn't visible. When the source for the leak was identified, I immediately contacted Integrity and requested for a technician to come out to my home. The technician came out that afternoon and fixed the leak and took pictures of all the damages which included sheetrock in three rooms, carpet in the upstairs bedroom, wood flooring and a desk unit in the office. The technician advised that he would submit the pictures and I'd hear back from the office. I waited until Tuesday afternoon for a call from Integrity and since it was getting close to the end of the day, I called in and was transferred to a manager. The manager told me he had seen the pictures and he'd have Integrity's contractor, ETG, contact me to do the repairs. On the afternoon of Thursday, March 14th I sent an email to Integrity because I had not heard from their contractor regarding the repairs or the other damages. I never received a response to my email so my husband called Integrity on Friday, March 15th about the repairs and was informed that they would not take responsibility for the damages. Integrity needs to take responsibility for the faulty installation that caused these damages. Integrity employees are the only people that have been in our attic since the installation was completed. Ok, so I have had my UV air purifier installed for a couple weeks now. I have to say, I was skeptical about what they said it's benefits were. Well, I definitely noticed something. I dust about once a week in my living room. Normally it would take several of the wipes with furniture polish already in them. Yesterday, one wipe did ALL the furniture. So, obviously the purifier is doing more than being a fancy hall light that emits from my firbace area. Thanks so much, love it! read more

I apologize for not posting this sooner. I was absolutely thrilled with the complete professionalism and experience that Kenneth Pate provided me with. I arrived home from a very long day at work and my a/c was working fine. I awoke at 1:30 am. Sweating in bed. My a/c had quit working. I called the 24 hour number provided on their website. Within an hour at 3:00am in the morning Kenneth arrived and fixed my air conditioner. He worked quick and thorough. Integrity has no integrity. We are the victims of a bad installation by another heat/ac company. I called Integrity out in the summer and they sent a young tech out right away. He informed me that the unit the other company had installed was too big for our house; and basically, it was sweating. The general manager called me and offered to run interference with the original installing company. The original installing company did come and do some work. Integrity called some time after this and told me I was going to get a "free maintenance plan." I wrote the general manager a detailed letter of what the original installer had done to modify the system, This past weekend, it was very cold here and we had issues with the heat. I called Integrity on Monday and asked for a senior tech. The sweet lady that answered the phone said they would get someone out here. Now it is Friday night, and nobody has called me back. The crickets are chirping. I must be like a dead stinky carcass on the roadside, everybody holds their nose and nobody wants to touch it. read more
