They live up to their name! I first had them out two years ago to clean my chimney before converting my fireplace to gas and they did a wonderful job. The technician recommended that I get the dryer vent cleaned next, which I delayed on due to other things that were needed. Last week I finally got around to scheduling the dryer vent cleaning, which was today. I was incredibly surprised when Allen showed up and after locating the vent outside, told me I didn't need it cleaned due to the short distance of the vent to the outside. How refreshing to deal with a company with such integrity. That's what I call living up to their name! Regarding the fireplace cleaning they previously did, their workmanship was great. The technician (Troy) cleaned up well when he finished and their prices are the best I found. I highly recommend them! read more

I sent out a request for a quote via Yelp on a Saturday and Monday, they sent me a quote for $150 for an inspection and cleaning or $200 if we have an insert. Our fireplace has an old insert, so our quote was $200. They gave me their cell number in their Yelp response and I texted back and booked my appointment for that same Thursday in a 12-4 window. They do offer Saturday appointments for an extra $25 to cover their technician's overtime who normally work M-F 40 hours per week, which I think is a pretty good option if I couldn't have taken time off during the week. That Thursday, I got a call from the technician saying he was on his way. Fifteen minutes later, he showed up at 2:30 and was very polite and neat. He was also friendly and accommodating to my dog who thought the technician was her new best friend. Around 45 minutes later, our fireplace and chimney were clean and he gave me the 411 on my fireplace, chimney and insert. I owed $200 as quoted and they accept checks, cash or credit cards. No Venmo or paypal. According to the inspection, my chimney was in decent shape but it was missing a few things. He also warned me that our insert was missing some key safety components and could be a fire hazard and why. This was important information we never knew about which gave us good food for thought. Now knowing the concerns, we may never use the insert again or have it removed completely so we can use our fireplace safely. The technician gave us quotes for some of the items he recommended that we need to get our chimney in good shape: 8x17 chimney cap - $95 Crown Repair - $140 Installing a clean out door - $150 Regarding our insert which had bigger problems: repairing door gasket and hinge pin (wouldn't completely solve the safety issues) - $150 Remove and take away insert - $200 This was an easy transaction with good work completed. Quick to schedule, available quickly, showed on time, gave me a report and quotes. Then all done in 45 minutes. Definitely recommended read more

I also want to add that the guy that "cleaned" my chimney. . .no vacuum was used. Didn't hear or see him inside my fireplace. I don't think he did anything. The visible part of my chimney from inside is caked with soot (and I don't burn a lot). I base this on the first time they came out. The two guys spent a lot of time cleaning, laid out a tarp and vacuumed. None of that with the last guy. I was really impressed with the first team. This business has obviously gone way down hill. read more

Actually discovered this place via Groupon, but then realized we were just outside their service area according to what was listed on Groupon. Called them up and inquired if they would still consider providing fireplace cleaning service and was warmly greeted. Was able to schedule in less than 2 weeks time period. (We weren't in a rush, so nice that they were willing work with our schedule). Got booked immediately and didn't even need to use Groupon, they honored the price! Courtesy call when they were on their way, technician was very kind, service was thorough and they even consult with you on their observations and recommendations during and after the work as needed. Payment is cash, check or credit card only. Most definitely will be using them for our yearly cleanings from this point forward. Their name says everything! read more

ILLEGAL TO POST WHAT? The truth? It's also sad and scary you'd think it waste my time trying to figure out how to change time stamps and if that's even possible. Feel free to reach out. Don't be surprised when someone calls your bluff "nice guy" Lol change the time stamp LOL: someone doesn't like being held accountable. I'll make sure to post owners response in case he pays Yelp to remove it the same way he pays them to post the business qualities which are all lies. Third uploaded time video bc you're so impressed with my tech skills . You lied and got caught. Don't be so defensive. Own it and make it right . I'm happy to upload the full video if you'd like to do this back and forth but it just makes you look bad and prove THE point. You were wrong and won't own it. Btw it says 5:11 time wise bc this is when I'm responding to you a third time bc now this is just entertaining thinking you can bully me with threats. Response to the business owner calling himself such a nice guy, let me start by saying you were an B hole on the phone when you called me letting me know you're 10 minutes away. I let you know on the phone you were being rude but sure come on by since you're already so close apparently and I've been waiting all morning might as well get your input, but honestly I was so taken back how intense your smart mouth response was I just was shocked. You arrived actually 16 minutes later according to my security footage not leaving with more then 10 minutes. You advised the chimney didn't look that bad but now are stating for review purposes it was?? No thank you, dont appreciate you tooting your own horn. What was really frustrating is instead of apologizing for running behind you felt the need to throw someone under the table that works for you saying that because they have a mental disability they're a little slow... who does that? Why even take it there ? It's rude and inconsiderate of your employees or maybe reflects on your lack of training and then felt the need to compare yourself to customer service that Xfinity has, which by the way is not the best at all. The reason why I'm so upset is you're time no more or less important than my time. I did what I needed to do to ensure this went smoothly by asking when this would be complete and a protocol. If things changed then advise your clients like you did when you say I was over your sudden attitude change when I stood firm with no you're not going to squeeze in a half ass job and call it a 21 point inspection and job well done. Take ownership of making a mistake vs pushing it off on other people or customers to deal with. I'd be happy to upload the conversation stating where you actually said the fireplace doesn't look that bad and it would be roughly a 15 minute cleaning but could be held off and because you're late it would put us past the window of when I said I needed to be done which is 12. I also called your office twice in the am and they could have informed me you were running behind but you wanted to BADLY to make the quick buck and wanted to get it don't hit just as you have apts to be on time too as do your customers. It's not a one sided situation . Be mindful of someone's time and circumstances. And to the employee working the phones you're doing a great job. You're boss needs to own it not scapegoat. Thanks SO much for the FREE headache this afternoon . It's interesting another company came out to provide a quote, and they mention nothing about it being broken and needing to be fixed nor did you when you were here but feel the need to make a comment on the post. Shame on you for thinking scaring folks is a way to close business. Had the unfortunate pleasure of apparently speaking to the manager or owner of the company as I've been waiting for my appointment since 9 AM. Between 9-12 work was suppose to be done it's 11:35 and just called to let me know HES running behind. Due to him being late he's willing on "waiving" a rescheduling fee ..... lol I'm sorry what? I've called your office 2 times this am to check in on the time and got solid response. You're late and you wasted my morning and you're oh so kind to waive a rescheduling fee bc you over booked ? Prior to making this apt I've let them know that I'm recovering from a car accident and that this takes a lot of energy out of me waiting for someone to show up let alone showing up on time . You're rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional. Highly recommend the owner learns some table manners or hires an assistance to avoid loosing business. It's also rude to think that you would charge me $175 to just come here and quickly get the job done so I can go to my following doctors appointment when even this morning after speaking to your office I let them know again per what they said the work was supposed to be done by noon . And it won't be. Don't appreciate you twisting my words on the phone thinking you're doing me a favor by waving a fee.. best of luck. read more

I HIGHLY recommend this company! I have had experiences with four different chimney repair and cleaning services lately but this company has won me over for life. Investing in a proper inspection from a locally owned company and an owner who clearly knows their stuff is worth every penny. Unlike the other chimney companies I have dealt with, who lured me in with lower inspection rates only to spring literally thousands of dollars on unnecessary repair costs on me, this company's owner is incredibly detail-oriented, and, most importantly, trustworthy. You can rely on them to provide an honest assessment of what repairs are truly necessary. In the end, paying slightly more for the inspection saved me thousands of dollars in unnecessary repairs. I have learned my lesson and will never again consider using another chimney company. This company has earned my lifetime loyalty! read more

This place is run by a guy who really does have a lot of integrity, and I recommend them to anyone who needs fireplace or chimney work. We had a leak in the top of our chimney and a roofer and a general contractor declined working on it since it was so niche and so small. Integrity said they'd charge me a $75 inspection fee to come scope it out, which seemed fine. They came and inspected, then got the part and did the work to fix it within a week, and only charged me for the parts and labor (no inspection fee). 5 out of 5, highly recommend. read more

I bought a Groupon for this company for chimney cleaning, which turned out to be a total scam! I called them to book a chimney cleaning which they offered to do so in a few days, but when I said I had a Groupon, they said they won't except Groupon till 2024 & none of that was stated in the Groupon! The fact that they know people need to get chimney cleaned in the fall, and they refuse to let people redeem their Goupons till next year is really despicable! I just goes to show the integrity of this company I wouldn't trust them at all for anything! Very ironic that they use the term integrity as a part of the name of their business something they lack! read more

We just had our chimney cleaned and LAST YEAR we used Integrity. There was a huge pile of soot; it filled the fireplace! Ray asked us when was the last time we had it cleaned. We have ours cleaned every year. They didn't brush the cap clean either. In addition, Integrity staff informed us we would need a new gasket for our door this year. Ray, this year's chimney sweep, said it was fine and there was no need to replace it. We had smoke coming back into our living room last winter because of this. These people are dishonest and incompetent. read more

In July I bought a groupon to get my chimney cleaned. It came out to $129.00 for a 5 minute cleaning. I have videos with my ring doorbell showing when he arrived. Started to bring floor cover and his cleaning tools. In 5 minutes he was out. Makes sense with me finding black dirt all over my table by my chimney. I wad left with filth and now have stains on my couch and carpet with their lack of cleaning. I will never use them again. Plus I am demanding a refund if not I will take to small claims court. read more

These guys yelled at me and my wife for no reason. Extremely rude & unprofessional. Will not be having them back.

I would give this company a negative score if it was possible. I needed a cap on a chimney that cannot be used. My goal was simply to close it off. The house was built in the early 1890's. The gentleman came to my home, looked at the chimney and advised he didn't have the right size cap. He was going to come back. I specifically asked about the chimney's stability and he advised it was stable. I was concerned about the age. However from the ground level it looked ok. I found out this morning that only the parts you can see from the ground are in good shape. The gentleman did not return and they did not return my follow up call. The outgoing message said something along the line that they were not available for two weeks. I wanted to get the work done sooner and called other companies. Another company came today. They took videos of the chimney and showed them to me. Not only is the chimney not stable it could probably just be pushed off the roof right now. They moved it a bit and the bricks were clearly not attached together I am confused as to why the first person said it was stable and it clearly isn't. I am thankful that I did not wait for them to call back as it's obviously a hazard. At any time they could have told me about the problem, or simply said they would not be able to do the work and recommend I call someone else. They do chimney cleaning and repairs so they certainly should understand if a chimney is stable. read more

I could not have been more pleased with their services! Talk about low hassle, I contacted them yesterday afternoon for a price on a dryer vent clean out. Their pricing was reasonable and they happened to have an appointment available for the next day! They gave a curtesy call when they were on their way and the guy who came to do the job was super nice and they got the job done ASAP! I Just can not say enough great things about them! read more

Spoke with owner when I made the appointment. He seemed very unfamiliar with his own program and admitted he wasn't very good at using it. Made an appointment for a Saturday between 11-3:00. He said he'd be coming himself. Never showed. I left a message at 4:30 but they didn't bother calling me back. Monday get a msg from the owner saying his tech broke down and didn't have my telephone number. So he had my address but not my phone number? And let's say that nonsense was true, he couldn't call the owner or someone else to get in contact with me? I work hard all week and don't appreciate an entire day of my weekend wasted by inconsiderate companies. And then to have the nerve to lie about it? I can't be the only one tired of companies like this with unapologetically bad customer service. I'm going to make it a point to share my experience with this company. read more

I purchased a Chimney Sweep via Groupon. I called the number to schedule my appointment and I could not reach them. Finally called again and a gentleman called me back and stated we are busy and we can't clean your Chimney until next year. So why are you listed on Groupon. Anyway, I was not able to get my money back from Groupon. I think this is something that this company does. You buy upfront and they will get to you if they want to. Don't do business with this company as they have no integrity. The name it's self is a joke. read more

Man, I love these guys. To provide some insight, I bought my house in April of 2019. It is a older home that is built in the 60's and I have been doing A LOT of work to it since it was a previous rental. I was really excited because this home had a fireplace. However, the previous tenant complained about a water leak. So, I waited for the rain and sure enough, there was some water leaking from the chimney. Irritated, and of course this happening during Christmas time, I instantly started thinking of how much it was going to cost me to have my chimney fixed. And at this point, I really don't know how bad it can be. Am out thousands? Well, Integrity Cleaning Services clean my chimney, installed a new chimney top cover (cause of leak), and provided me with a smoke guard for inside the house. Everyone told me I was up shi*& creek and I was going to spend thousands, and painting these dark and gloomy pictures. I only spent $300, and was able to use my fireplace for the first time last night! A new homeowner's dream! Thanks again, and guys, and I will call you in the future for ALL chimney needs! read more

Quick, affordable, professional, and effective. I hired ICS to clean out a fireplace that was just chock full of soot from who-knows-what, accumulated over a period of years. The price was $150, which was quoted up front. This also included a much-needed inspection of the fireplace and chimney. The man who came to perform the cleaning was very careful to make sure no soot ended up anywhere else in the house. He gave me a very nice breakdown of state of the fireplace, including some potential future issues to keep an eye on. He was on time, professional, and straightforward. I hope I don't need ICS services again any time soon, but if I do, I would definitely rehire them. read more

We want to write a 5 Star Review for Integrity Cleaning Service. TLDR: my chimney caught on fire because they didn't clean it sufficiently, as confirmed by the fire dept. I purchased the Groupon a few months ago and had trouble getting them to schedule me, as they didn't answer my messages left on their machine. I had to contact Groupon to get them to contact me, which should have been my first clue. A few nights ago we had a fire going and the upstairs started smelling like smoke. I went outside and saw embers coming out of the top, so I called 911. The fire dept came out and confirmed that our chimney had not been cleaned sufficiently and whatever buildup they didn't clean was burning. I'm just grateful we caught it in time, as both my daughter and I sleep upstairs. Now I have a huge mess of water and wet ash to clean up. I called and left messages with Integrity and shocker! No call backs, just like when I was trying to schedule. I was able to get a refund in "Groupon bucks" from Groupon, but I want everyone to know that if you use these guys you are taking a HUGE risk. read more

Shortly after I moved into my home in Roseville, I called Integrity cleaning services to come out and clean my ridiculously dirty fireplace and chimney. They were really courteous on the phone and sent someone out in a few days. The gentlemen that came to my house arrived on time and were very polite and professional. Even more, they were very knowledgeable and shared a lot of information with me about my fireplace and chimney and how it all works and how to use it safely. I was extremely appreciative! Then they mentioned that they also do dryer vents and so he had a look at my dryer vent and showed me that it was also extremely dirty, so he cleaned that too while he was here. I always appreciate when people go the extra mile to educate me and ensure that my home is safe and well maintained. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for chimney or dryer vent cleaning services. read more

Patrick and Kathy are AWESOME! We found Patrick online to check out our much-used, decades-old chimney for safety. We wanted a chimney sweep, and ended up with a new, EPA-approved fireplace insert, installed to insulate from previous downdrafts of air, a free dryer vent check, and an install of our recently purchased dishwasher replacement. (Luckily, Patrick's assistant, Allen Davis, has his own handyman business and was happy to install the dishwasher. Allen did a great job, even returning on his own time for a creative workaround necessitated by the original dishwasher.) Our home is old, and both the dishwasher and fireplace insert brought other problems to light. Both men went far above and beyond, with very decent, fair pricing and multiple visits, even on New Year's Day by Patrick's own offer. Amazingly, they even took away the old insert and old dishwasher and its packaging, for the cost of the dump charge alone. These professionals have one goal in mind: to provide excellent service, as well as to leave the lives of their customers better. Integrity is a word that Patrick embodies (plus, he likes what he does and does it with excellence). Look no further for a "chimney sweep." I would give this company 6 stars if I could (even 11!). Our review is regrettably belated, from our situation, not the outstanding service we received. read more

I am very happy with ICS. I wanted to have a fireplace inspection. Heather talked to me on the phone and responded to a lot of questions about the company and the services. She scheduled me and quoted me $100 + $25 for being a Saturday. She said that they do honor all coupons and match quotes. As soon as I hung up, I saw a groupon that was $109, but I felt they deserved the extra $$ for the time Heather took talking to me. My appointment was 12-4pm. Allen came at 3:45, which worried me that they may have forgotten me. Allen was very nice and explained all he was seeing as he took care of the chimney. I asked him a question about an unrelated issue I was having and he found the culprit of it. Thank you, Allen and ICS! read more

Keith Kindle, of Integrity Cleaning Services, did a very thorough and professional job of cleaning our chimney, and an exceptional job of cleaning our dryer vent today. It is vented up the laundry room wall and across our attic to a vent on the roof! (Crazy design, I know!!) In the 33 yrs we have lived in our home, we have never received the level of dryer vent cleaning that Keith provided today. I was so impressed. Reliable with good value. After reaching out to 3 other chimney services Integrity was the one I went with. Allen showed up within the 4 hour window provided as expected. He also called about 30 minutes before arrival. At arrival he was all business like a cat hunting a mouse. I watched through the window as he scooped out the chimney and came in to attack. He used an extended live stream camera on his cleaning brush to go up to the top of the second floor chimney to the screen. He explained to me exactly what he did and suggestions he had to limit the draft. Overall, the integrity name fit read more

I had very high hopes after reading the other reviews. Unfortunately we feel we had poor customer service and an unsatisfactory outcome. Our fireplace burned smoky when we used it so needed it checked out. Our 1st appointment was for a Thursday between 12 and 4 pm. At 4:20 pm the tech called and said he was running late and could be there about 6:30ish. We already had plans so we rescheduled for Friday morning at 8:00am. So at 8:30 Friday morning the tech calls and says he's running late and hoped to be there in an hour or two. I told him I'd call the office to reschedule again. So we rescheduled again for the Tuesday after Christmas. Long story short....the tech came, cleaned the fireplace, checked the chimney and said all was good. We burned two fires since then and we still get smoke in the house. I called again and asked that we have someone come check it again but no return call. read more
